This gym is for anyone on a budget. I have been going to this gym for about a year now. I will give you an idea of what it is to go to this Crunch Gym. Pros: Very Cheap. Who cant afford $10 a month.(Basis) Even $20 (Peak) a month? The atmosphere in the building is quite positive. Everyone is there to make them selves physically better. I have not felt uncomfortable working out. Another pro is that the bathrooms and lockers are always clean. Cons: It gets very busy around night time. Around 7- Closing time it is the worst time to go. That is when everyone is off work. The customer service evens itself out. You have the nice employees that are very professional and then you have some that look like they dont want to be there. Tips if you do end up signing up to this gym. *The best times to go to this particular gym is to go in the morning if you can. If you work evening shifts then you will have the gym to yourself. If you work mornings then it would be best to do use some workout machines that are mostly taken. For example I would workout your chest or legs on the weekends to be able to use the squat rack or the bench press benches. Most of the times not a lot of people go to the gym on the weekends. * If they ask you to pay $100 for the starting fee. Please dont. Make sure you find a flier that says $0 dollars enrollment fee. Or find it on their website that proves that they can lower or by any ads that show up. Trust me they can bring it down. In all its a good gym if you are in a budget. Would recommend a friend to join.

I just wanted a gym membership to use elliptical machines while studying so Id say Im happy with my membership because I usually go in the evenings and there are a lot open. You can bring your own lock to use their lockers which I like but there arent disinfection wipes available to wipe the machines down which feels unsanitary to me. It seems like it would be difficult to use the muscle-sculpting machines because they are crowded during peak hours. And I thought it was $10/month but its not. Theres a $39 enhancement fee that you have to pay a few months later in addition to this and you have to pay $10 in advance upon signing up but this is still very affordable compared to gyms that charge $40/month. Another thing that Im reminded of is that the ventilation at this gym isnt that great--it can get humid but I guess it helps to work up a sweat faster...overall, Im content with my gym membership.

This gym works for me. I find the staff quite nice and helpful, the trainers I used were first-rate (sometimes thats luck of the draw) and the equipment varied and well maintained. My schedule permits midday visits when the gym isnt crowded, so thats an added plus. Ive heard that evenings are packed but thats probably true for any gym. If youre looking for a place with a pool, sauna and babysitters, this isnt for you. However, they do have good classes which you get with a $20/month membership. If classes arent your interest, the basic gym price is around $10/month. Hard to beat. Oh, by the way, Angel and George are there everyday so not sure what the other reviewer is talking about.

The equipment in the gym in general is ok,we could use a couple more rubber cable handles & more barbell clamps.However they need to pay more atteintion to the mens dressing room:theres a light that doesnt work in the shower for about 3 weeks already.also they are supposed to check the lockers every night & remove unattended locks but there are at least 2 lockers Ive seen, one with a lock on it & one with some sweetpants sitting there for more than 3 weeks.I pointed that out to the manager last week,he said he would take care of it but he hasnt done a thing so far.so we cant make use of those lockers because they just wont empty them.

They hit you on a hidden maintenance fee 39.00 a year, although the equipment is always in repairs. Theres equipment that will sit for weeks without repairs after been brought to their attention. No paper towels in bathrooms, half of there staff dont even acknowledge your there. Most off of all when your telling them your going to another gym if my fees dont get resolved, they will tell u right of the bat. GO!! the rudest arrogant statement to make to your customers.. I was shocked of there poor or inability to provide quality customer service. No appreciation to the ones who bring food to there table.

I only got to have a 1-month go at the gym because of time restraints, but the times I did use it were great. Nice, clean equipment with a positive climate to work out and push yourself! They also aired World Cup matches while I was there so that was pretty neat as well! The cheapest gym around. I especially appreciated the fact that I received a 1-day free trial after having found out that the Chino branch has yet to open (shows they really appreciate your business)! Overall solid experience!

ive been a member almost a year now and im really disapointed with this gym, the manager Daniel is so rude, when I went in there to talk to him I apperantly didnt come in on the right time because he was SO busy behind his computer, he has me talk to a regular employee, where nothing was done for me, couldnt get my refund that was rightfully owed to me. I wouldnt reccommend this gym to anyone. Go to CHUZE they have way more to offer for the SAME price.

Nice gym but the stuff lies wanted to close my account asked a coworker in person how to do it she gave me a peace of paper with a email and said text them saying you want to close it and I end up getting charged 40$ next month for nothing went back in and another coworker said no you have to fill it out in person. Lost 40$ highly wouldnt recommend to anyone at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasnt very satisfied with the gym. When my bf and I signed up, we were told we were going to get a free training session. We scheduled our appointment, and nothing happened after that. Plus, the lady, I wanna say her name is Alma or last name George or something, charged one acct twice, and they never refunded us back our money. I mean, its a nice gym and all, but their customer service isnt the best.

No good review to give, you request to be kept in loop and they never send e-mail of when they even opened. I got the year membership afterward and still no updates. I called theyre corporate office leafy voice mail with call back number and nothing. Maybe once theyre Ill experience good customer service, none for now. Giving 1 star because I have to in order to post comment.

Worst gym ever they steal your money !!!! Canceled my membership July and now they charged me 3 months of membership when I no longer have a membership. And not to mention the terrible management skills the "Manager" Angel at upland has. Horrible costumer service he should not be a manager!!!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM
