I joined FBBC back in February as I needed a change. I was overweight, tred all the time and lacked and motivation to do anything. I always wanted to do a boot camp but was afraid that at my size and weight I would not be able to hang with everyone else. I saw a special for a month trial and took a chance. I called Bryce the owner and after meeting with him and being assured he would work with me I felt at ease. I not gonna say it was easy but I was able to complete the 30 minute session with some rest periods but I was able to hang in and finish. As the weeks went by I found myself getting stronger and my endurance was up. I feel more energetic and less stressed. The workouts consist of 30 minute sessions of interval training lasting 1 minute at each station with 5 stations. This is repeated for a total of 3 times for the 30 minute workout. This along with a diet plan provided by Bryce I have lost over 30 lbs in a few months. The trainers are awesome and will motivate you to finish strong. You feel more like your working out with family and friends as no one judges you on what you can and cant do. Everyone is supportive and helpful. The facility is top notch with all of the latest equipment to get you into shape.

This was the worst gym experience I have ever had, the only good thing was the front girl was very friendly, but the gym experience for a new comer was not what I expected for someone who has never done this type of exercise . The trainer explain the exercises so quickly, that I as a new person could not follow completely, I had kind watch others doing the exercises to follow the circuit training, and also I had no idea what weight of the weights to choose from , not knowing what was right for me, One area of the circuit training was so crowed that there was little room to move and was not sure if I was doing the exercise correct because no one was helping because everything was going so quickly for me to follow. Hated this experience and will not come back again!!!

I love Fit Body Boot Camp! I started off as a boot camper in February of 2013, and quickly became hooked. I was attending boot camp at least 5 days a week with multiple session in a row. I saw my body toning up and leaning out as I followed Bryces nutritional guide. I ended up loving Boot camp so much, that I soon asked to become a trainer when I learned that they were hiring! I love helping out and motivating fellow boot campers. Each day is a completely different workout, and I dont believe that ive ever had the same work out in the 9 months that ive attended boot camp. The quick 30 minute sessions are great for busy people!

I first joined Fit Body with a Groupon/Living Social deal. I was feeling mediocre about my gym routine at 24 hour fitness and my own apartments gym. I was always repeating the same exercise and never really seeing any results. The first few times doing bootcamp it was REALLY challenging. I could not finish a 30 minute work out without taking several breaks. Over the months I have seen a drastic change in my body. Each trainer brings something different to the exercises. I recommend trying boot camp, sit down and talk with the trainers and see that they really do care about you! It makes going so much more enjoyable. Thanks Fit Body!

I joined Fit Body Bootcamp back in May and after the first trial run I knew it was something I wanted to stick with. The 30 minute sessions of 5 stations (3 sets) are a real workout but the time flies by! Bryce, Tatiana and his team make themselves available for any questions and I never felt pressured to sign up for anything. Within the first few weeks I could feel a difference, after a few more weeks I really started to see a difference and so did family and friends. I love how strong I feel now! I feel better about my physique but most importantly my health. Join FBBC and you wont be sorry :)

I am so thankful to have discovered this boot camp! I lost about 45 pounds before attending FBBC and needed something to fit around my busy schedule, but get me toned. I work full time, have an internship and am in a Masters Program, so starting my day early by going to boot camp keeps me from sleeping in and gets the workout for the day done before 7am! I love how I feel after every workout and the environment is very motivating to keep us pushing throughout the entire workout.. The workouts are only 30 minutes and intense, focusing on all parts of the body! FBBC is awesome! :)

My wife and I joined FBBC in February and have been going at least five times a week since then. I sometimes go to multiple classes on my days off! Both of us have given up our gym memberships. What we love about FBBC is that you get a great workout in 30 minutes, which is GREAT for us busy folks! The workout is different every day which keeps your body guessing and you get the results that youre looking for. And the instructors are very helpful and motivating. Bryce also offers nutritional counseling along with personal training. I would highly recommend FBBC!

Thank you so much Gail Farcone for introducing me to Fit Body! This place has been an absolute gem in helping me get back into working out. Its fast--30 minute sessions, but most importantly they waste no time in kicking butt, my booty is proof of it all. Check up Fit Body in Yorba Linda if you are busy, running on limited time, and need a gym that will hold you accountable!

This facility is amazing. Sessions are only 30 mins, but dont think 30 mins is nothing. They design their 30 mins workout in a way that you can get your whole body workout done. I stared 3 weeks back and i love going to the sessions. I look forward to it everyday. Love all the trainers. They do guide you throughout the workout. Always encouraging and welcoming.

I love this Gym ! Its open early and its intense ! I love how I push myself so hard and I love the workouts . I really feel my body sore the next day . I know Im getting a really good workout . I was hooked after the first class ! I will be a forever member .

Ive just started the NYR2 challenge and so far its been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The other challengers and individuals working out here are more then welcoming as well. I have never felt so comfortable somewhere new!
