So far Ive had a great experience with Planet fitness. The equipment is all super high quality and easy to use. I love the PF Express circuit, its straight forward, easy to do and scales to your ability. I signed up for the Black Card membership and Im glad I did. Lots of extra perks like massage tables and chairs, pretty sweet discounts and so forth. The locker rooms are spacious and there is counter space if you need to shower, change and gel your hair etc. Showers are small so you will need to have a towel situation to go from the shower to the locker room and there is no private place to get dressed so practice your towel wrapping skills. Over all I am very happy that all the promises they made in the sales pitch have not fallen short of expectations. Edit:upon further inspection, there is three private changing rooms in the mens locker rooms across from the showers and I think it safe to say the womens room would have the same

Free pizza? Free bagels? Free candy? What kind of gym does such a thing. How are you suppose to make your body better if they shove cardio down your throats with few free weights. The free weights themselves only go up to 75 lbs. Theres even a dress code with other rules that you have to abide by like no tank tops or grunting. How are you suppose to workout? This isnt a gym, its a hamster wheel that wont help you while youre stuck in a contract which is actually more than just "$10 a month". Planet Fitness is a horrible gym model and theres plenty of other local gyms in town that outperform this gym in a heartbeat.

I went today to the trailer at the new Visalia location to possible sign up. I was interested in joining this gym in addition to the gym I already belong to. The "no fee & $10 per month" sounded like something I would be interested in... when in fact there IS fee of $39.99 which is just deferred for 30 days and drafted out of your checking account. The sales person only admitted this after I questioned her repeatedly. She was rude , unprofessional and should definitely rethink her career choice. Planet Fitness is falsely advertising "no fees" to the public. I will stay where I am at.

Theres always going to be some pepole that wont like planet fitness , as the previous person wrote, but I think youll find it a extreme bargin and for the $10 + $40 member fee - billed later its comes out to be around $13.33 a mounth, once you been inside a few times youll start to feel Like they should not be charging $13.33 but more like $50. Its also a No Dropping the wights zone so you dont feel intimidated, if you drop the whights they sound a alarm..... Lets all get fit for life! Ttfn

I would give this a no star but due to the fact I have to give one thats it 1. Now the reason being is I was told upon signing up and getting the black card I would be able to bring my wife to have access. I brought my wife today and we immediately had to leave as we were not able to use the hydro chairs as I am now being told that its only a part of the deal. This is upsetting!!! Why would you not want the guests to be able to experience a great gym with hydro chairs?

Not only a less expensive option to those that want to be in shape, but service is always great. Sometimes in the mornings theres only one person in the front desk, but Ive seen more employees lately at night time. Bathroom, floor, machines, are always clean. I wish the staff will teach you how to use the body enhancement, I was told at the front desk, and the 2nd time I came back to ask again how to use it one of the customer taught me how to use it.

So cancelled my member ship because I got told I was being to loud because I was grunting? Hmmm I was lifting hard going hard so thats what happens some grunts will come out. They say there a judge free zone but yet there judging me because Im grunting and doing my thing. And there little motto on the wall by the free weights is very contradicting there a "judge free zone" but judge body builders this gym is a joke

Great place to work out!! I really enjoy it!! Theres a yearly fee of $39, but compared to $100 at other gyms, Id say thats pretty good. And if you dont want the carbs and candy, then I suggest not grabbing it. Seems pretty simple to me.. Oh and I think the staff is very friendly and helpful!! Thanks for making my experiences with Planet Fitness positive ones!!

This gym is pretty great and has almost everything you would want in a gym. Except... Spin bikes and workout mats. Although I hear mats are on their way. The atmosphere is nice, the gym is always clean. Rarely a wait time. The night shift girls are sweet and helpful. As a woman going at night its a great gym.

My wife and I went in together to get a tour and loved it. Jay jay gave us a tour. Was very informative and helpful on showing us where stuff is located and answered all of our questions. We will be getting our memberships tonight. Excellent pricing and superior staff. Great job jay jay and staff.

Jay jay our tour guide was amazing!!! He showed us around explained us everything about the gym and equipment and showed us the explained to us the circut sections they have! They also have a variety of equipment that people can enjoy over all great experience cant wait to start at the gym.

Jay Jay did a great tour for us. The place is very clean up to date equipment. Open 24/7 which is great. And there various options of machines is excellent. They offer training and support (which most gyms do not) Staffing is very friendly. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

So far so good...a great gym for beginners....I really have no complaints other than people randomly in and out of the 30 minute circuit...its really frustrating when people just come in and are obviously not doing the circuit....its the throws a wrench in your workout.

I love this place!!! I get to workout comfortably without peoples judgments. I can get a tan there. The bathrooms are clean and best of all after all that I can get an amazing massage. Love it

Gym has plenty of treadmills needs more bikes and free weights. They need to do a better job of keeping it clean. Numerous times I have seem dust bunnies in the corners and along the edges.

Big gym, everyone is super friendly. And its 24 hours. Im happy :) No annoying grunting, and definatley no pizza. Dont listen to the downers who have a conflict of interest. Its a great gym

They have this butt work out machine right in front of the ab machine I use so when someones on the butt one I have to actively look not in front of me to avoid looking like a perv.

Lots of intimidating gym ediquate requirements and propoganda level signs that make you feel like youre constantly doing something wrong. Cheap membership though.
