They are cheating people like I have a poliomyelitis with my right leg I have there membership about month and half I just going to this location for about one week. From now I been going in wearing my jeans because I have to put myn right hand in my pocket to give my bad leg support. When I went to work out today there was one white guys saying that I cant go to the floor to work out because I am wearing jean I tried to explains him my problem about my leg also he can see the way I walk i am not making up but this prison didnt care he want me to go home change my clothes and come back for work out or he wont let me go to floor for work man he was the rude person which is he dont care I told him when I came on my first day to pick up my gym card was wearing my jeans no one say anything since from the first day I been coming to workouts no one said anything until today he made me to cancel my membership charge me 58.00 for five day I went to the gys got charge for whole year membership fee 39.99 + 58.00 today also got charge 19.99 man total I paid about 118.00 for five day that I work out at this location watch out from these peoples I will give staff -5 for bad service

Im having a vary hard time with this location... I went to the PF on kings and willow for two years and never had any problems... moving to this side of town I was happy when this location opened I Loved PF... We resigned in Jan 2017 at this location and picked the $10 memberships my husband was charged $20 for Jan & Feb before I realized something was wrong... I called Feb, March, April, & Now May about the issue... We were just given back our $20 credit May and now charged a second $39 membership fee in May after paying for it in Feb... Now Im wondering how many months Ill have to follow up to get my money back this time.... Vary Vary Vary Sad... This is my favorite Gym but wow you guys are making it vary hard for me to stay... :-(

Worst gym experience I have ever had! Billing not explained when I signed up, I called to complain about it, asked them to fix it, they refused, but I was invited to do business wit Fitness Evolution, then I was hung up on, but not before asking to quit and get my money back. They called me back and explained that I had 1 day to come in and quit if I wanted a refund, how convenient, I had just told them I was out of town training, I offered to go into one of the gyms in the town I was in, I was told no, it had to be their store, I did not get back to Fresno until after midnight the next day. (Too late to get my money back) maybe I should take their advice and go to Fitness Evolution? Whatever my decision, I will be quiting!

I recently switched from "Fitness Evolution" (Fig Garden loop) to Planet Fitness and found this gym has easily surpassed my former gym in many aspects. Theres a wide variety of equipment thats well maintained and importantly clean! Being thats its 24 hours you can easily skip the "peak times" and thats ways a plus especially if you work late hours, the staff is profession and courteous, and not to mention the assortment of massage options available in the "black card spa". My only minor issue is that the free weight dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs, itd be nice if it went up to at least 100. But aside from that issue check out this great gym soon.

These guys are really bad !!! Beware - they are rude and there are tons of hidden fees if u try to cancel switch locations or use a quote guest with the black membership - The black membership is a complete fraud as u would think it gives u access to all the locations but it only gives u 10 visits at any foreign location - then ur restricted from changing Rude and arrogant - they are typical big corporation and dont care about their customers - Incredibly sneaky with their billing - they will lock u in and take ur Bank account info and never let gooooo

Fantastic gym! Live in the bay area, but visit family frequently and this is the nicest/newest of the Fresno P.F. gyms with the friendliest staff! It was confusing to find at first because Google Street View still shows there is nothing here. If they take a quick walk outside, snap a picture of the front of the building showing its next to Dicks, & upload it on Google Maps, that would be fantastic and would help others find it. Literally takes a few seconds. Maybe even snap some nice picks of the interior as well. ;)

Had Horrible experience at this location the manager Andrew so unprofessional and rude! He has Zero customer handling experience I was charged ridiculous fees for the service Iv never used....didnt even treat me right while charging me....think twice before you signed their membership. I wont stop till I make sure all the people I know stay away from this location!

Interesting that billing was main complaint. Tried to have membership transferred after having clown explain it wrong to only tell me Ill be OK. Well it wasnt. Trying to hit me with buyout fee to transfer even after he sold it wrong. Unbelievable! Be careful
