I have never had a worse expierence at a Salon than I did here today. I called at 8am this morning and asked to schedule 2 appointments, one for myself and one for my mother who is disabled. I specified with the women I spoke with that I needed both appointments to be at the same time, since my mother isnt able to sit for extended periods of time due to a severe spine injury as well as a hip injury. I also explained to her that I live in Fresno and am traveling to Visalia (where my mother lives, again because she cannot sit for long periods of time. We were both wanting a cut and color weave. When we arrived they informed us they only had time for one cut and solid color (which is not even what I scheduled either one of us for) At no point did any of the sylist apologize for the innconvience or try and fix it in anyway. I was told to drive up another day and try again. I was so compleley outraged at how unrpofessional the entire staff was here. I would highly reccomend NOT scheduling anything to be done here. Also they only do base all over color and highlights. None of their stylist are trained in any newer techniques such as ombre, baylage, or graduated baylage. $55 dollars in gas later and I have nothing to show for it.

I had trimmed my own hair about 4:00 in the morning, while wide awake with insomnia and being distressed about my Dad being in the hospital again. Needless to say, I really messed up. Went to work with my har all pulled back with a big hair band. Luckily, my boyfriend didnt notice that I had messed up my hair. I called Super Cuts on Noble and spoke to Nidia, to ask if she might be able to fix my hair? (I mean it was really butchered) Nidia assured me that she would be able to do something to make it look nice. Well, let me tell you, that Nidia is magic. She did so amazing on the hack job that I came in with. Nidia is the only person that I have faith in, to cut my hair now. It has been about 2 years since the first time she saved me. She is very sweet, professional and knows her stuff. She is a # 10 and I am so thankful that I found this Gem.

The bitter women who work there felt like I was in high school or something, making fun of customers, now theres one less for you to make fun of sweethearts. I couldnt believe how nasty they were with customers sitting right in the chairs!! never again would I go back there. I shouldve known it was just a low-class joint when I came in and there was no wait. Wouldnt recommend this place unless you are a pirate and enjoy bitter sea hags.

I didnt mind the wait 45min. The lady was nice and start cutting my hair I ask for a long Aline hair cut. She was doing good at first than someone walk in. She went to sign that person in came back did a couple snap and say that its complete. This is the worst hair cut I ever have :( never will I go there again.

The wait was over 30 minutes, I asked for a 7 on the sides and my bangs just below my eyebrows. And instead I got a 2-3 on the sides and my bangs just over a centimeter long. The lady whom did a terrible job spent half the time talking to the lady next to her. Not looking forward to the next school year

If I could give 10 stars I would! These girls were great. The manager was exceptional and Ive never been to a cleaner store. The receptionist greeted me right away and even though I waited everyone was overly pleasant. I will definitely come back!

Wait time isnt too long depending on what day you go, best you call/check in ahead with Supercut App. Variety of shampoo/conditioner and other hair products. Clean inside salon, friendly hair stylists, and fast.

They are usually good at cutting hair but the manager is very unprofessional. She bad mouths clients. She calls them names and makes fun of their appearances. I know this first hand.

Always get great service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ here, at Noble location. Almost always open and always greeted and feel comfortable. Great location also.

The walk-in wait time was over 30 minutes but service received was exceptional.
