This is a great place to workout: Fun, varied and tiring (!) exercises. You really get a good core workout in 30min. Our whole family enjoys it, kids too. I love this place! Im a new member, the staff are extremely friendly and encouraging, the workout changes every day so you never get bored with it! Ive been a member at many gyms, but this one is by far the best. And its fun!!!
