This is the armpit of fitness clubs, old run down rooms, underpaid lower personel, they smile to your face, then talk about you behind your back! Guaranteed if you join you will be sorry. P.s. Smell the stench in the teen room, lift the bathroom floor mats and watch cockroaches run!

Regular great experiences in the cardio area! However the pools could be cleaner. I hope the lap pool is cleaned today. I do not want to face an unclean pool again tomorrow. Thank you staff in advance for stepping in and getting this done.

Best In-Shape in Vacaville (there are 3 total). This one is the cleanest, largest, and least busy during peak times. It also has 3 pools in addition to a sauna. 1 of which is reserved for lap swimmers.

This is a great club!! Modern, clean and they offer ALL the state of the art classes plus tennis and basketball... I dont think you can find a better place to work out.
