North Rim CrossFit is an amazing place. The workouts are so good, but the best part is the people and culture. Case and point; I took my three year old daughter with me to workout and she usually loves their child care, but I had just woken her up from a nap and she was really cranky and crying. It was becoming a problem, and instead of having me stop my workout to get my daughter, Shea (one of the owners) sat with my daughter one-on-one for thirty minutes while I was able to finish my workout. My daughter ended up having a great time, and I was able to get a great workout. Thats the kind of atmosphere and people that run the gym. You just get the sense that they really care about people. For sure five star experience!

Nothing better than joining a gym that feels more like a big family, and where the staff truly cares about every individual. Joining a gym full of amazing athletes can be intimidating, but they are all so supportive here which takes away that fear. Ive been at North Rim for three years now and it just keeps getting better.
