This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Chico. Despite the fact that the instructors are great, the rest is just a disaster. Reception area is lacking customer service skills, and basic "being nice" skills, which scares customers away. I have witnessed a few "unhappy" customers at the front desk in the past, who were treated very rudely. Its almost impossible to get a hold of the manager of Athletic horizons. In the past, it took me about 2 phone calls,an email, and 1.5 weeks to here back from them. Weve have been going to Athletic Horizons for few years now. And this is where we stop. I will not pay the place that treats their customers poorly, rudely. Simply unacceptable. Any business should know the first rule to be successful: Customer Service!!!
