As a resident of San Ramon, Ive used Vogue Cleaners pick-up and delivery service for about 18 months and have been delighted at how well they take care of the clothes. The pick-up and delivery is dependable -- they never missed a day. For the service, the prices are very reasonable. The website for managing your account does the job well enough. And, when a couple mistakes were made in cleaning and altering articles, they apologized and corrected them at no charge.

The cleaners does great work, but the employees are rude and disrespectful. Joy is nice, but she should be aware of who she surrounds herself with. The little latin ladies are quite nasty.
