I brought in some suits and shirts to be dry cleaned. Im getting these shirts and suits cleaned, so obviously there is going to be a bit of sweat smell to them. She told me that I was extremely smelly. Im a hygienic person, I just wanted my suits cleaned. While helping me, she kept her phone that she was constantly on, at her chest, waiting impatiently for me to count my pieces of clothing. Well, after receiving the clothes, the suits and shirts still smelled of sweat, and the shirts all had a sweat ring around the collars, ALL OF THEM. After returning home with everything, I took the shirts back only to be put at the bottom of the list and told that I couldnt pick them up until Monday. I would love to say that they solved the problem and redeemed their reputation, but then I would be lying. I picked them up today, and what do you know, the shirts still have not been washed and the ring is still around them, exactly how I brought them in. Through my experiences at other dry cleaners in my previous residence, sadly, not anywhere around here, Ive never been called smelly or had any problems with getting some yellowing around the neck off. I accepted my shirts and I will never go back there again. I was treated as an annoyance my whole time at this establishment. I gave them $50 for no apparent reason. Never again. Ill drive half an hour to go to a PROPER cleaners.

They have the worst customer servive ever experienced. The owner told me to come on in and he could do it by tomorrow, I asked isnt this a one hour cleaner? that is how your listed online. His response was ok he could have it ready by 4PM today, so I run My shirt over there and he says he is no longer willing to do it and all cleaning is done by 7 AM. He was very rude and they will never receive my business again.

I wanted to get a shirt pressed on a Friday on my way to a interview, the sign out side said "One Hour Cleaners". They told me they could not get it done until Tuesday. I explained my situation and she still would not help. As I left the store the lady rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. Avoid at all costs!!!

Def not a one hour cleaner. I had one pair of pants I needed by the next morning and they could not do it. Super rude about it also. Dont have cleaning done here.

Service is quick and amazing. Price is very reasonable. I have been taking my clothes to have them serviced at those location for over 4 years.
