I have taken my business work attire only to Frontier Cleaners (FC) for about 2 years. The customer service has been decent. My disappointment is that I had always wondered why my tops were shrinking. I recently started to take my husband sweaters and when we picked them up, they had shrunk! I didnt want to believe that it was FC who was the culprit, but clearly it was all this time. When we addressed it with the female owner she denied any wrong doing! Our cloths are to expensive to keep replacing especially because of a careless dry cleaners! Its no cost to me, to find another reputable cleaners. The one star is because it was nearby.

Ive had my shirts done here for several years, for the most part everything was ok although I really dont like the fact they write your name directly on your shirt with a permanent marker (without asking) as apposed to using tags as other cleaners do. About six months ago had an issue were they gave two of my shirts to another customer and I got his... I returned his but never got mine back. They did credit me for one but now claim I only lost one, Im done and wont go back until they upgrade their tracking system if ever. A number of Auburn police use them, hope they dont loose theyre uniforms.

I have taken my clothes to frontier for years ... As of late, there are new faces. Course you cant understand them, but I think they bought the place. I picked up my clothes today and 2 items were so wrinkled, I asked her to re do. She said they were pressed. So bad, I would have to press them to wear, I objected...she kept smiling as I told her I wouldnt be back. Im bummed because Ive always loved that cleaners. I will not go back. Also, clothes didnt appear to be cleaned...

I have my shirts done here as well as occasional dry cleaning. The service is always friendly and they are REALLY ORGANIZED!!! No waiting while they "find" your stuff!!!! The workmanship is excellent and their prices are more than fair.

Dropped my cloths off the staff is friendly and efficient
