I spent a good amount of time to see who had the best prices around where I live (Im about halfway between Factoria & main street). I called 5 places, one place didnt answere the phone & the other 3 were more expensive (from about $5 to $11 more for 2 sports jackets & 4 pairs of pants). & with the great review above (or below, 1st & only), I thought, this could be good. It was, the owner was super nice, bright & polite. She said she could have it tomorrow if I wanted it, I said OK & really planned on coming in the next day, but I got busy,.... 1.5 weeks later, I show up. She remembers my last name & what I dropped off! No hint of what, "What took you so long". Still so nice, frendly & polite. Even her husband caught my eye, smilled & nodded to me as he was working from the back. Guess where Im going to get my stuff dry cleaned next time?

I used to go there all the time, I came in on Saturday to get a dress cleaned for a wedding that my friend was in town for and was told the dress would be ready on Tuesday morning, which is now. The dress is not ready. I asked them on Saturday if they were 100% sure it would be ready and she said "Yes" I said I had no problem if it wasnt going to be ready and that I would just take it back. They were insistent that I leave the dress and they would have it ready. I dont understand promising something would be ready just to make a sale. Get it together people! This is a horrible experience but overall, they are great.

I was on a contract in Bellevue for 4 months and was lucky to find Spotless Cleaners. No kidding, the highlight of my weekly trips to Bellevue was my weekly visits to Spotless Cleaners. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. A joy to see the owners and operators every time. My shirts and pants were cleaned to perfection. Never a burnt or cracked button. I asked for a clasp to sewn onto one of my dress slacks and it was done quickly and perfectly. Truly an exceptional business run by exceptional people!

They are very good with there work, but to be safe side make sure your dress are good. Because i gave them my sweaters along with my other dresses for dry wash back in September , and then when checked my sweaters in December those are totally shrinked like which can fit for 10 years old kid. when i ask them about this they are totally ignorant. So if you go for this store please make sure, so you wont end up like me.

I have been going here for almost 10 years, and have never had a bad experience. I used to drive from Seattle just to take my dry cleaning here and now drive in from North Bend. I cant speak highly enough about the quality of work they do, and the speed in which they do it. They are also the most cost-effective dry cleaner I have tried, and that includes driving 20 miles one way to get there.

This is not the most convenient dry cleaners for me to visit, but I make it a point to go here, exclusively. Why? The customer service is superb. The owner is so friendly that I leave with a smile every time. Even after I left the Bellevue area for over a year, she remembered me (and which of my shirts gave her problems to clean and press). Highly recommended.

This is a great laundry. The owners are there every hour they are open, and are delightful. The cleaning is superb, and the cost low. Ive never been to a better cleaners.
