I had a few pairs of pants altered here... I read the great reviews by everyone & considered this a safe bet. I drove ~20 minutes to the location and left my clothes in their hands for tailoring. Im a professional, so this consisted of expensive suit pants and slacks ($200 & up per pair). One pair of pants split up the middle of the bottom while I was wearing them when I sat down; 2 pairs had crooked pockets on the back; and one pair had the waist band cut out, leaving them unable to be taken out in the future! When I brought this to the shop owner, he claimed ignorance to them cutting the waist band. I wish I had just taken my clothes back to Nordstrom for free tailoring... so much for impatience. Im left with useless pants; Im planning on looking into taking them to court. What a waste of time and money.

Youve got to be wary of a place thats obviously been spamming reviews. Take a look below: there are several runs of 5 star reviews, all within a few days of each other. In one case, two start with the same exact sentences. Also, the two negative reviews have been marked down as unhelpful, even though they went into detail of what the problem was. Dont support businesses that try to game the system like that. If theres an issue from a customer, address it instead of trying to cover it up with false positive reviews. We can tell, Plaza.

Kay was very kind and helpful, although I was almost turned away by Young. She looked at spots on my dress, offered to try to spot wash it as I needed the dress by 3pm on a Saturday when all drycleaners were down. It couldnt be done that day and I ended up drycleaning it for pickup on a later day, but the service was excellent and it was nice for her to offer the problem-solving. I will be back. Thank you, Kay!

I have lived in the Fairwood Area for over 6 years. This place of business has always been my cleaners of choice. They do great alterations, they have tailored all of my suits and slacks. I even walked in one night and they saw a button was missing off of my coat. They immediately grab a spare button from behind the desk and proceeded to sew it on while I waited and they did it for free.

I had a full length taffeta bridesmaid dress altered at Plaza Cleaners and the owner did a very nice job. She took in the dress at the sholders, sides and bottom hem. She was friendly and professional, and, when I got my dress back it fit perfectly. It was much faster and less expensive than a previous dress that I had altered at a bridal shop.

Ive taken my stuff to be drycleaned here for more than three years because they always go the extra mile for me. Theyve done rush jobs for pants hemming which comes in handy when you buy something new that you have to wear immediately.

I had a really great experience! I kept going back for my wedding dress because my weight kept fluctuating, but she was able to keep everything under control. My wedding dress looked amazing and it fit perfectly on my wedding day!

Very friendly. I forgot I had a tie in the pocket, and they cleaned it at no charge. I say that not to give anyone ideas =), but to indicate how friendly they were. My suits look great, too.
