After laundering a down comforter in the self-serve washer/extractor, it smelled strongly of rotten eggs/mildew. I approached the management about the smell and the possibility of mildew in the equipment. They refused to listen to me and said that the rotten egg smell was my fault and the detergent I used. I was refused a refund and any further cleaning of my comforter. They actually yelled at me! I will never use the cleaners or the laundromat there again.

Worst dry cleaners ever.I complained to a lady who claimed is the owner that our shirts were not cleaned well.she told me she is the owner and I can take my business elsewhere. I told her nobody talks to a customer like that and she called me fat monkey Im black. Im taking my fat monkey business elsewhere

The laundry mat sucks.lots of broken machines that arent marked .you put in money and dryer wont run.call the phone number and never get a call back or refund.the good laundrymats are always croude so i come to this dumpand take my chances.lost 50 cents today.what a racket

I love this place. I got treated so well. My alterations were perfect and items fit so well. My drop off process was easy friendly and fast. I was treated with care and urgency. Would totally recommend them and I will use them for all of my needs.

For alterations this is the only place Ill go. I have some pretty complicated outfits and she has made them looks like nothing ever happened to them when you look at the stitching and care

Good prices, clean services for their dry cleaning. Prompt and attentive. I am not reviewing the laundromat section, but the dry cleaning. Id recommend it.
