We took a brand new dress ( with the tags still attached) to be hemmed and they removed the tags and threw them away. I called when I got home, when asked why-they replied"You want tags-you keep tags" I explained they do not have any reason or right to remove those tags-same expression-no apology, very rude and owner does not care, his english is very poor and then they/his son? hung up on me. When I called back they just laughed and hung up again. I will never go there again.

I dropped off 2 pairs of levis that had ripped just next to the groin area ,not on the seam itself. So they had to be patched. It seemed like everytime i tried to patch them it would come off or was uncomfortable. So I picked up my jeans today and was quite surprised at the quality of their patch work plus the sewn over the area of the patch, in such a way that it all looks great. Excellent work is all I can say.

Rude and their dry cleaning is terrible. I can iron better! When I complained about a blouse not being pressed, the owner got very offended and told me that he does very good work. Their prices are inconsistent and vey high. One day a sweater will be $6 and the next tme it will be $9. They are also very difficult to understand...very broken english.

I have dealt with Top Cleaners for many years. They have always done a good job cleaning & pressing my clothes. I have had some alterations done & I have always been satisified with their work. I mainly deal with the owner & he is very nice person to deal with.
