I took my fiances dress shirt and slacks to be dry cleaned and pressed. I didnt want to drive all the way to Yuba City, so I figured Butlers was close enough. The initial encounter with the lady at the counter was OK. She wasnt rude, but she wasnt the picture of great customer service either. The turnaround time was decent: within two days, but a pick up time after 4PM might be bothersome to some people. The prices arent too bad, either, but you get what you pay for, which is what I remembered after I inspected the garments (explained below). ;o( I was leaving for the weekend, so I didnt get a chance to pick up my items until the following week. I picked up the items, and the same lady was there. She had a smile on her face, so I guess the holiday weekend was good for her. I paid promptly, and left. Once I got to my apartment, I looked over the clothes. Ugh. The dress shirt was pressed well, but there were parts of the shirt that had creases due to not properly flattening the shirt on the press. Luckily, its at the bottom of the shirt, so it will not be visible when he wears it. The slacks were OK, also. I dont know if they have different settings for different types of material, but it seems like the heat was too high for the slacks. I will not return, and I will continue looking for a decent dry cleaning place. Why is everything so far from this silly place???!!!

Do not go there. They "lost" an expensive item of mine then proceeded to be really rude and disrespectful over the phone after I had to call them back after I had been waiting a day for them to return my phone call when they said they would. The second I got off the phone I drove straight down there which is about a 5 minute drive and what do you know, my item magically appears. Then they lied to me and said another store had it. I dont think so I think they were planning on stealing it and making their boss pay for it. What a bunch of jerks.

I dropped of my comforter and was told it could take UP TO a week and I would receive a phone call when it was ready for pick up. I called about 3 weeks later looking for an update and the woman laughed and said "Oh thats cute, they only take a week." I didnt even bother responding to her comment to explain that the woman said she would give me a call when it was ready for pick up because it COULD be available for pick up before or after the ESTIMATED time. I WILL NOT be using their services any more.

Very nice staff who have always taken excellent care of my clothes. Maybe a bit more pricey but right next to work so convenience is worth it. No complaints!
