THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, GO ACROSS THE STREET!! I brought my dry cleaning in on a Monday to have 2 shirts cleaned and replace a zipper on a pair of dress slacks. The lady told me they would be done on Tuesday of the following week. I asked her if I should call her to double check that they would be done, and she said no I will call you Tuesday and let you know they are ready for pick up. Tuesday came and went with no call, so I went in there Wed morning and the guy at the counter said they werent done and I needed to come back after 5pm to pick them up. So I made another trip over there after 5pm only for the lady to tell me she would never tell me to come in on Tuesday because that was her anniversary and also how cheap my zipper in my expensive Nordstrom pants were, and also that she hadnt finished them. They advertise that they have free pick-up and delivery, so I asked them since I hadnt recieved a phone call like promised, and since I had made 2 trips to pick them up after the expected date and neither time were they ready, if they could deliver them to me. The lady then replied if you only live a couple miles away why cant you just pick them up yourself??? Oh and as I was walking in for the 2nd trip after 5pm, a lady was walking out who seemed angered as well, and the lady behind the counter was apoligizing for not having her stuff done. Needless to say Ill be making my 3rd and final trip to HOPEFULLY pick them up tomorrow, and if all goes well I will never have to experience the poor customer service that Rose Hill Cleaners offers. By the way.... kiddie corner across the street is a much better drycleaner and alterations place.

THE OWNER ASSAULTED ME! Take your business elsewhere. The female owner may come across as friendly and helpful at first, but if things dont go her way, she becomes defensive, starts changing her story and making things up, and becomes verbally aggressive. She followed me to my car and tried to block me from entering my car, all while shouting agressive remarks at me. When I finally did get in my car, she tried to block me from leaving and HIT MY CAR (with my infant daughter in it)! All because I decided to take my business elsewhere after my sewing job didnt get done (didnt even get started!) and she couldnt tell me when it would be finished. She was desperately trying to keep my business by blaming me, "you did not say you were in a rush," "you cannot expect me to call and update everyone if something changes" (actually as a customer, I DO expect that). When I politely apologized, I understand sometimes thing happen with their contracted seamstress that is out of her control, but I had to get this project done, so I was taking my materials elsewhere, thats when she really flipped. A POLICE REPORT has been filed against the female owner. Take your money elsewhere.

Ive taken my clothes here a few times and they have always gotten them cleaned on time and well. Recently, I took my clothes to them very late before leaving on vacation and asked them if they could please turn it around by the next business day, and the lady agreed to do so even though their business was to be closed the next day due to one of their holidays. I have had nothing to complain about yet. Not sure why some are so vehemently oppossed to them, though its curious that they recommend competitors.

I am so glad I found such a wonderful neigborhood drycleaners that I can trust with my clothes. They come back clean, mended if needed, and are never lost or damaged. I love the personal greetings by name. I feel like they are not just my cleaners now but my friends. They go out of their way to accommode any urgent last minute cleaning. Mansur doesnt go home until all his customers clothes have all been cared for. Ive never seen a harder working family committed to serving their customers!

I needed to have some alterations and some dry-cleaning done, so I decided to give this place a try since their name indicates they do both. They were very friendly, did excellent work at a very reasonable price, and got it all done within a couple days as I had requested (although they cautioned me that they cant always guarantee such fast service on an order as large and complicated as the one I gave them). I was very pleased with my experience here and highly recommend them!

They are so friendly and honest! I left 50 bucks in a shirt pocket and the owner made sure I got my money back I didnt even realize I had. That shows a lot of honesty and integrity not a lot of places have that. I take all my dry cleaning they do great work in addition to them being super friendly!!!

Mr. Rahamani did a great job cleaning my winter coat-- he even cleaned the fur around the collar and it still looks new. Very friendly and fast service.
