Last time I went there was in 2009 when I used to work down the street. A silver pack car wash was $11.00 back then. Its now $18.99 for the silver pack wash. They advertise 100% Hand Wash but it is 95% automated machines that do the washing. The only part that is done by hand is the vacuuming and the final details of drying the hard to reach spots that the high pressure wind dryer didnt get. The interior window cleaning is done by hand and they wipe down the interior. The cup holders were still filthy and the shifter boot was not cleaned. The indents where the window buttons are were not wiped and they were full of dust. They just throw your floor mats in and they dont snap them into place using the safety snaps. The cashier is not friendly at all! You dont get what you pay for.

First and last time going here. They did such a terrible job at vacuuming the car that I had to go do it myself afterward. It wasnt a little because Im not OCD like that, it was a lot. You cant miss the fact that you barely vacuumed. The guy doesnt even clean the inside of the windows or the rims. Didnt even bother to lift the carpets and clean under there... Oh and I guess they figured the back seats arent important to the driver so they didnt even bother cleaning the back at all. Poor management and bad customer service. You guys earned this review.

Horrible service. Por hispanos huevones como estos es que piensan mal de nosotros. Y todavía traen una cara de como si fueran el mero chingon de todo el car wash. Tienen que conocerte para que te laven bien el carro.

Very slow, expensive and they dont do a good job... Do not recommend. Tried to ask the guy to clean the resin on the windshield, he came back with his manager to tell me I need to clean it with gasoline myself. After the 40 minutes it took them to clean the car I didnt have time to argue; they didnt even vacuum the trunk or seats. See pics I posted. This place doesnt provide a good service.

Hands down by far worst place Ive been had to wash my car. Gave them two chances and Im left disappointed. Called management and wow they must get them at home depot. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE!!!

They use old rags that leave lint everywhere. They dont follow directions on how you want or dont want your car. Never coming here again and gonna make sure nine of my friends come to this stupid car wash!!!

If you are close to the 110 and need a quick car wash on PCH this place has easy access. Service was alright and quality of the wash could have been better, but was a decent place.
