Worse car wash.... Normally business get better over time this one has lost its touch.... Let forget the part where manager calls customer a lier and owner is so dumb founded that they look lost and give you an excuse that their short... Its okay to be short but explain why you just services 6 cars that came after me... Dont lie... Worse quality in a person is to lie and thats your manager wow if your business employee liers might as well put a beware objects may disappear... Go down magnolia or even on San Fernando Rd and get a car wash their youll save yourself a full hour and you wont have to deal with horrible service... dont wish the worse on anyone but in a world where service is everything your going to start seeing your profit margins shrink if it hasnt already

The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because the car was washed fairly well. But the customer service is so awful Id rather pay more money to not have to deal with 3rd world treatment. The business has a wifi hotspot called the Glenoaks Car Wash Guest. You would think that its for guests who are waiting for their cars to be washed. I asked the lady at the front and she said she didnt know the password and she didnt attempt to find it anywhere. I called in and asked for a manager and the same asian lady who could barely speak english told me that she wont give me the managers name, nor will she give me her name and to call before 9am. She was very rude and just hung up. Go elsewhere, not worth it!

Im always very impressed with the results when I bring my car here. For the price, its amazing! I recently had my car detailed and it was half the price that another place quoted me. When I got my car back 2.5 hours later, there was not a single dog hair or even speck of dust in the car. I was blown away! I had dog vomit in the crack of the drivers seat all the way in between the seats where I could not reach. I didnt think it could ever be removed but they did it! It looks cleaner than the day I bought it from the dealership. The lines can get long fast so come super early and try to do a weekday.

Took 40 minutes to even get my car wet. And while my car was sitting there I counted 6 other cars go before me that arrived after me. Wth. Also, they push the gas way too aggressively to move it 10 feet and put the car in park while its still moving. That could ruin your transmission. Im actually sitting in the car wash writing this as I still wait for my car.. Its now been 50 minutes, my car just got into the drying station. I complained to the owner, he didnt care. On the bright side they seem to clean the car ok. Will never come back. P. S. Its also overpriced.

Was a good customer for a long time. Recent visit was horrible!!! I will NEVER go back! They rip off their customers when they arent watching. You are paying for a service that you dont receive. BEWARE! Dont pay for the upgraded wash. You wont get the rainbow wax or the sealer. No one is watching their cars go through the wash. And thats where this place makes their money. They are rude, and dont care about repeat business.

After having bad experiance at classic hand car wash down the road, i decided to give these guys a try, but dissapointed again, they did not wash it properly my car still had bird droppings over the paint and windshield, and the asian guy working the counter is rude. Save your self the trouble and your money. Stay away from this place and classic hand car wash.

This place is a joke. No customer service from the owners but they do have very nice employees, especially the manager that writes the tickets. The lady at the desk (owners) can hardly speak or understand English and all she cares about is to take your $$$.

HORRIBLE!!! I went to get a shampoo for my carpet and now it smells like a wet dog rolled up in a wet rag. Horrible customer service. The manager would rather argue and fight than to try to fix a problem that he has now created. Just horrible...

This is the only car wash I will go to! It is SUPER reasonable (~$18 for a hand wash and hand wax) and the guys there are very detailed. Any problems you see with the way they washed it they will take care of ASAP.

Gets super busy around noon. Make sure you have at least 45 mins to wait. I definitely like the feels of a clean car I can see if after. The scents they use usually last about a day.

Good price for such a great detaily cleaning, especially the guys who dry and wax at the end are amazingly working so hard.
