This place is horrible! I decided to give them a chance again (after a few years) and I remembered why I didnt go there to begin with. Although my car looked OK from the outside, the interior was still dusty, had some areas they didnt touch, and most importantly they didnt have the back vacuumed (apparently you need to tell them to vacuum the back if not they wont do it), which really pissed me off. The last time I went there I had to drive to a gasoline station and vaccum it myself, after I just left the carwash. I do have to say that the guy that was drying off my car was nice. Overall, I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there, based on my experience.

Beware. Stay with your car and watch as it gets cleaned. I got my car back today and it had a scratch along the front fender portion. I questioned the employees and manager about this as to whether there was an incident here and they denied anything occurring. I did not see it when I brought it here earlier nor did I notice it when exiting my car at the car wash so something had to have happened while it was here. Also, yeah the detail price was $80 but you also have to choose a car wash option so I ended up paying $95 so beware of the pricing as well as its deceptive. Will not be returning and will be discouraging others from coming here.

Last Sunday I took my newly purchased Van to be initially cleaned before stocking it with our merchandise and it literally wasnt even washed. I complained twice to the manager and three times to the receptionist. $55.00 for the same caked up dirt and spider webs in the grill smh I to the Van to the Carson Sheriffs Department and a deputy even came outside to inspect and is now my witness. They said not to let this go eeither and are assisting me in this public complaint process. Calling the customers profane words in Spanish... just utterly disrespectful. Buy American people and spend your money where its appreciated.

This place is so ridiculous. I took my car here to get washed and they cleaned all but one rim, didnt put the air freshener, and didnt clean the windows right. I took it back the next day and they told me I had oxidize on my rim but when I showed him it was actual dirt he still insisted it was oxidizeand wanted to charge me $10 each rim. So ridiculous Ill never bring my car back!

DOMINGUEZ CAR WASH is on the area the most horrible places to wash you vehicle. I pay for "THE ULTIMATE T5" and I got a bunch of water marks all around, my windows wasnt clean and my van now have a kind of scratches everywhere. Im no kidding, this was the first and the LAST! Now I need to go to another place to fix all the B-Sht these guys did.

DONT GO TO THIS CARWASH......I WENT HERE 07/03/2017 IN MY LEXUS TO GET A WASH FOR THE HOLIDAYS SO WHEN I PULLED IN I HAD MY LAPTOP IN MY CAR AS I GOT OUT TO GET VACUUMED I PRECEDED TO PUT MY LAPTOP IN MY TRUNK WHICH THEY CAUGHT ON TAPE I LEFT AND WENT HOME I AWOKE THE NEXT MORNING TO GET READY FOR THE 4TH SO I NEEDED

I think this car wash does a great job, they leave my 2006 FX35 looking new. 20 bucks for the biggest package makes it affordable plus the staff work their asses off on those cars! I would give 5 stars, but their detailing skills are not on that level, still a superb car wash for a great price.

Slow service. Windows from the inside werent clean, I shouldnt have to inspect my vehicle after a wash. The guy who inquires the kind of wash you want when you initially arrive is rather pushy, to get a wax. I DONT WANT A WAX! Did I mention slow service.

Not the best car wash. The attendant did an okay job on the outside but it missed some of the dash on the inside including the navigation screen and around the console. It was fairly quick but given the lack of detail I can see why.

Very slow and very expensive. $17.99 for a basic car wash. I tried to go during my lunch hour and had to take off before they finished!

Slow service I got a "wax" for my car and it came back with water marks and streaks on my windows. Not good for the prices charged.
