Ive been here a few times and I would say 3 out of 5 stars but this time. The third time, I went in, I said express wash, When Igot to the counter I found out it was full price and was forced to pay the regular price. The forth time, I said "EXPRESS WASH" I also said PLEASE do not use the WAX System....They used the wax system. (I use a car cover and the wax will lift up and leave marks.) On the express, Last time, they actually vacuumed inside but this time they didnt...no problem, but the exterior job? I could have done at home with a garden hose. The amount of streaks was unacceptable! The windows you could tell were wiped as they also had streaks. I opened my back hatch and soap suds everywhere. I had to go through the entire car and wipe down everything. I will not be going here again.

Horrible car wash. Worst customer service of all time and the girl behind the counter has horrid attitude. I got a standard wash with air freshner which they didnt even spray. They neglected to tell me they were running a special which could have saved me $10 and charged me full price of $20. That is very wrong as I was a new customer and didnt know the ins and outs of how the regulars do it. Wash was ok not picky about some spots but the front windshield was left with streaks on the inside which is the most critical so it fogged up and I couldnt see clearly. I had to clean it myself when I got home. For the price they are charging and what you get I dont know how this place stays in business. I asked to speak with the owner and no help there. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

This car wash somehow used a soap or detergent on my 1961 Lincoln Continental that ruined every piece of glass, staining it permanently with soap stains. Ive had the car washed at numerous car washes in the LA area for the past 10 years. I went across the street to grab a sandwich and came back and they were trying to polish out the stains on the windshield. The owner offered me no recourse whatsoever and I have been forced to go through my insurance to replace the windshield and window glass. Unfortunately all the glass was original, much like the car. $3200 later and hours of phone calls to replace the windows and windshield, I have poor reproduction glass installed now. AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS.

This was the best car wash Ive ever paid for! I got a $20 package and cannot even imagine what the $40 package would include. My car was washed on the outside, dried, rims polished, tires shined. AND then the interior was wiped down, vacuumed, air freshened and to top it all off they washed my windows by hand inside and out!! The place was busy but now I know why and it was well worth the 20 min wait. Plus as I watched the guys shine my car and put the finishing touches my tip increased from $4 to $10. I was even surprised that the change they found under my seats was collected and put on my center console.

Gave one start because I could not give zero. I was in a rush so I was unable to get a good look at my car until I arrived home. I saw that they had missed a bunch of spots on the outside (easily cleanable spots that I could rub off with my thumb). That was not even the worst part. Looking at the inside floors it looked as if they did not even vacuum it. Lots of dirt/dog hair. I called and they offered a free car wash next time which i refused due to their horrible service. I would not go again, I would not recommend it to anyone I liked or even disliked.

poor - fair???.....lets create a category called ...THEY SUCK.......TERRIBLE SERVICE....paid $ 150 to get maserati washed and detailed.....been WAITING 1.5 HOURS....WHY??????... because the people went to lunch....and when I asked about it after 1 hour....they didnt even know what was going on......and for my wait...they offered an air freshener......THEY JUST STARTED ON MY CAR AFTER 1.5 HOURS....you just lost my business....and EVERYONE I can tell about this experience....

Sucks, crappy job. Have a towel handy in your car. Because your always going to have to go over your car. They have air hoses but never use on mirrors, gas door or around license plates.

They then hand dry the outside. Amazing service. I come here often. Nice card punch out with a free wash in 10 or so. Nice waiting room too eighth tv and coffee and leather couches.

Lots of options and services to choose from. They have a frequent customer loyalty program for a free 11th wash after 10 trips. Not too bad getting in and out of this location.

The worst car wash I have ever go to. They even return the car to me and still trashes in the backseat. Im very disappointed and never come again to this car wash

My car was fairly clean, my only complaint was that it still had a few spots on the windshield and hood. The interior was well cleaned and vacuumed.

Okay cause we found money on the ground, but they didnt touch our dirty wheels during or after the car wash
