This car wash STOLE from my car! I am 100% positive. I left a few things in my car, purposely. (Fashion jewelry & old DS games) Of course these things I left in my car were really not important to me, & like most car washs they just move my items and clean, then put the items back to their original place. BUT they are now missing! As soon as I got into my car & turned the corner I realized they were GONE!!!! That is not even the worse of it. My son left his Vizio Tablet in the seat pocket, we forgot he had "hidden" it there, I called the next morning, which was when we realized he left it there, & no answer to all 4 numbers they have. I left VMs, no call back, I called everyday & they never answered or called me. I finally got a hold of the owner & he said he would call me back, 2-3 days pass & nothing, no phone call!!! I continued to call him & they would not answer my call. I finally called w/a blocked number & WOW, he answered! I grilled him on why he wouldnt answer or return my call, & he replied "Oh sorry miss", thats it!!! And surprisingly, my sons tablet was not turned in by any of the workers. Like I ever expected them to turn it in! What makes me KNOW that they did keep is that he was not at all apologetic about losing the tablet, or the other things in my car. When I mentioned stuff from my car was missing, his response was, "there are signs saying we are not responsible miss". Uhm, yeah, but that doesnt mean you can take things FROM MY CAR. I will NEVER go back there, I will let all my friends, family & neighbors know about this place. And I WILL file a police report!

I came here based upon the reviews that I read. The service is friendly but the work they do is horrible. My car was left w/ swirls and soap scum. Dont come here unless you drive a $5000 car. This was the first time I took my car to a car wash service and I regretted so much. I normally wash my own car by hand weekly. What made me come here was the fact that I saw a more expensive ass car as mine (Aston Martin) get a wash here. Never again will I take my car to any car wash place. Save your clear coat and wash your own car. $15 is what I loss and $200 to buff the swirls out. Dont be an idiot avoid this place like cancer.

This place is awesome! Just moved to the neighborhood and came across this place. Glad I did! They were fast and did an awesome job. The guys are really nice too. Have no complaints about this place. They waxed my car and it took about an hour for it to be done. When I drove off I was smiling because it looked amazing. Will definitely come back and Ive already recommended it to people.
