Have been there twice and both times I had to ask for cleaning rag from the employee because they left dirt on the grill of my car. They do a terrible job. First time I thought maybe was just a bad day. Went again and same problem. They just wipe water off they dont actually do any cleaning. The area around my display that shows speed was still dusty and there were still dirt and dust spots all over my interior including area around my gear shift. I will never go here again. Find another place to go.

do not go to this car wash. It sucks. They charged 22 dollars and the car only went through the process of water and soap. The guy who dries the car left the car wet and dirty. They charge for tire dressing even though they dont do anything for it. And I talked to the manager whos name was Joe and he gave the customer adittude. I asked the cashier who was the owner and she said we dont have a owner. And "Joe was the big boss."

DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!! They are theifs. $22 dollars for a "super wash" + tire shine. My car was still dirty when they were done and they didnt even vacuum it right. Not only did they do a bad job but my debit card was used for Amazon prime after using it at this place. Save your money and go to a place where they wash by hand. Theres a place on Colorado and fig called auto lux. $25 well worth it.

I had been wanting to get my car detailed for a while and decided to look for retailers in the Los Angeles area when I knew I would be visiting. Glen-Rock Car Wash showed up in my search and I saw the positive reviews on Yelp. I sent an email to Jay and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. My schedule wasnt very flexible but Jay was able to work with me and got my car done in great time.

Im a truly satisfied customer to say the least. Today, before I got out of my car, I was greeted by the owner, . He was extremely friendly and nice. I bought wash and by the time it was over, my Glen-Rock Car Wash was glistening in the bright sunlight. While chatting with Juan, I felt like my car was done in a blink of an eye. Which is great since I was on my lunch break.

Refused to wash my truck stating that it "was too dirty" dispite the fact I have brought it there in all different layers of dirty in the past. The managers main reason for not wanting to do it was due to the fact it would make him have to clean the equipment after my truck went through...... They have lost a customer in me that has been going there for over 10 years.

3-2-17 Taking one star off for being closed already at 5:29pm. ------------- On my second visit everything was perfect. The staff was quick. The cashier was friendly. I was quickly informed when my car was ready. The best part, of course, was that my car was really clean. The man drying my car also touched up my wheels. I will be coming back.

This Place is Mediocre, and the price is way too high for what you are getting. Dont bother paying the higher grades washes your car will not get cleaner. i went there a few times and i thought that when i really needed a car wash they would be passable for a quick wash. Once i brought a vehicle and got turned away because it was too dirty.

Dont go to this car wash. The manager gave me an attitude for asking a question. My car came out and they had only put water on it. And the guy who was drying the car didnt and my car looked like it got drenchided on mud. I wouldnt even rate it one star, but I wanted people to know. Id been there twice with problems both times. First time they scratched the tinting on my truck and they denided. The second time the manager took an antenna from some other car and left it inside or van.

Wow these guys are fantastic! We went in with a very dirty car and asked and paid for the basic,, the detailers did not like the result so they took it through again, amazing thoroughness.

Sometimes the cae is not thoroughly dried or cleaned from interior to smaller outer areas like side mirrors. Last time I went a deodorant wasnt even put inside my car.

As car washes go, it gets your vehicle clean. Fuel is typically expensive, and the cheap wash price is almost hidden, but they do a decent job.

Always gives my car great attention. Wednesdays has a great early morning special. Wax and wash 13.99 for all size vehicles.
