very disappointed after a wax for my car I drove home and noticed some of the Wax still on the car and on the doors and on the front and back and it looked very bad since I had a night out the car was not ready so I did clean up after and I noticed a big ding on my bumper and it was fairly new and I had not been to another place since the last time I washed my car so I went back and they closed already and now with my new car and its damaged now and I cant have it fixed since its a body shop repair that I need to take the car. I have trusted these guys with my car now I have to take my car and get it repaired and pay out of pocket and rent a car this is not good guys come on this is so bad that now days its all money no one cares about your car or what type of work they are doing its like service is almost zero. Please wash your car at a different car wash.

Simply negligent I have been a customer for quite some time with nothing to complaint about the service or quality, I was a happy camper until I took my 06 scion with some bird droppings on the hood. The person who cleans the tires with the pressure washer decided it was a good idea to be lazy and just blast it off little did he know it would also take off the clear coat off my hood. As soon as I noticed I asked to see a manager who very adamantly decided it was my fault that my car had sustained the damage. I asked for the information of the owner and was only given the regular telephone which every time I call I get the same answer "the owner is on vacation". I have been trying to get in contact for nearly a month with no success. Im not disappointed by the damage but the lack of responsibility taken by both the manager (Victor) and owner.

I liked how they were really fast at a good price, I got the platinum super wash on my 2000 white toyota camry...which included a wash, tire dressing, sealer wax, rainbow polish, fragrance, rim brightner, under carriage, interior and exterior dressing for less than $40, so I expected a well washed car, but I noticed that the guy who had dried the car left two big black noticeable stains on the top of the car and on my trunk which Im assuming was from the bucket he was carrying around, so the manager gave me another car wash and problem solved, I gave them 3 stars because I had to wait again and I feel that if you paid for something it should be done right the first time, overall I would come again but pay more attention and make sure its up to my expectations before I drive off the lot.

Called to get a price on polishing and waxing my daughters 2009 rabbit; qouted $120-$140. Got there and it went up to $165. After paperwork was completed (by them), the manager saw that I drove a Corvette and bumped the price again to $200! It was like dealing with an old school used car lot. Very arrogant. I have been using them for years, despite their high pricing, but Im done. The car wash at Atlantic and Main in Alhambra charges less and does at least as good a job (if not better) without the attitude.

Convenient with gas, oil and wash available. Service person clearly pointed to Gold wash but marked Platinum on sheet so beware. The wash was probably a 7/8 out of 10. They removed lots of bugs from the exterior and windows that other washes didnt, but left the floor mats a mess w residual dirt from my work week and the steering wheel was slippery from some polish they used. Overall I would go back, but beware of shady tactics.

Usually is pretty average service but more than one time they didnt do the sealer wax so I always have to wait by the window to make sure they do it. Another time Victor (I think he is the manager) gave me a big attitude because of that. The only reason I come back is convenience. Always have to inspect car for missing spots, i.e. Rims, trunk, mirrors, grill. For what they charge they should have the compressed air hose.

I went for the oil change with free car wash. The oil change was quick, and the worker seemed honest. The car wash was fantastic, even the interior looked great. They didnt tell me when my car was done and I had to run down one of the employees to get my keys, but no one else seemed to have that problem. The wonderful air-conditioned waiting room with free cookies, pretzels, and coffee sure didnt hurt either.

The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. They have a nice indoor seating area with free coffee and cookies. They did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of the car. It took them about 20 minutes. Prices are reasonable. I paid about $23 for the silver package. I would definitely recommend this car wash.

Good place to clean your car. I recommend the regular wash, the other day I paid $30 for a gold wash it was alright but I didnt feel the difference than the regular, Rims were cleaned but not fully clean. Black dust was still around the edges of the rim. P.S make sure they clean your car right.

Affordable prices, a beautiful waiting areas with comfortable leather seats. They even have the option to gas up your car while they wash it. Everybody was extremely friendly. They did a fabulous job on my car. I dont even live in Pasadena and Ill be coming back. Best car wash yet.

The only car wash I use in Pasadena. Mostly due to proximity, but there is another option close my home I chose not to use. Customer service is great here and they get the job done well and usually fairly quickly for a car wash. Plus, coffee and cookies in the lounge? Sold!

The best car wash in Pasadena! Theyre fast and have an air conditioned indoor waiting area with comfortable seating, plus complementary coffee, cookies, and pretzels. Above and beyond, especially compared to the other car washes in the area.

You cant beat the free wash with oil change! I usually pay a few bucks to upgrade a level of two. Free cookies and pretzels in the nice indoor waiting area. I go out of my way to this car wash, highly recomend.

Ive been going here for years now, and they do a phenomenal job washing my truck and I am always satisfied after theyre finished. Great place and very professionally run. Definitely recommend for everyone.

The wait here is very lengthy on weekends (45 min). But the place does a good job however the service is pretty average. I think they are prob seriously overworked.

Went to Pasadena Car Wash to get car detailed before we sold it. They were fast and it looks great. Price was fair and now the car looks so good we want to keep it.
