Used to wash all my 4 (!!!) cars here. Went there again yesterday, car wash pretty dirty with salt since just came back from trip to Texas. They refused to wash for regular price, wanted only hand wash for $25. They said machine wont wash it good???!!! Where does it say that more dirty cars are extra??? Why wasnt I charged less when my car was only a bit dusty? My friend washed his car, same condition on automatic car wash for $8 and it all cleaned good. I went to another car wash and there were no questions asked. Will never bring any of my cars here again and will tell all of my friends!!!! Very disappointed.

Ive had my car washed at this place numerous times and I was totally satisfied. Lately, the last three or four times, theyve being doing a HORRIBLE job! The windshields look as if theyve been cleaned with dirty rags and the exterior has dry water spots and most everything it had PRIOR to the car wash! I thought the first two or three times were a fluke, since they did do a good job before, but I now see that their quality control has just gone down the drain! Too bad! I live in the area but will now drive to Highland Park to get my car washed!

Went there for first time today, will never go back. I had to instruct them after "done" to remove each speck of bird dropping, to actually clean mirrors and trim, as if they did not know that a 20$ Car wash means actually and fully cleaning the car! The staff was rude and unhelpful from the beginning. and the waiting area smelled like a sewer! No, I am not exaggerating. Worst car wash experience ever, by far!

STOLEN PROPERTY! AVOID!! APRIL 2012. I had my $80 headphones stolen here when I took my car in to have the headlights restored. Never let your car out of your sight at this place. I was not paying attention because my neighbor works at this place and I didn t think they d steal.

I called to asked about the packages they had. I mean I wanted to know what sort of prices they offered before I actually went. The lady I talked to did not even let me finish before she said "why dont you just come down here, I have a lot." I disliked it without even going.

My car was still dirty after they "washed". Considering I bought the Dimond wash I did expect then to get all the dirty of the exterior. In all honest I feel the drive through at chevron does about the same job for a fraction of the price.

I have been to this car wash only 2 times since they have opened both times the service was horrible. I live in this neighborhood and will NEVER go back. The manager Salvador is arrogant, rude and treats the customers very bad.

Terribly slow cashier. Waited to pay for 20 minutes and my car had been done for 10 already. Sweet old lady but think they need to upgrade their systems and personnel stat. Stopped going

There was still bird poop on the top of the car when they finished and the interior was not wiped down at all. Way too expensive for what you get compared to other car wash services.
