{WARNING} I requested for a wash and wax. After a few hours the car was ready to be picked up in the back side of the car wash by the alley. Where they do detailing hand wash. So the car looked very great and shiny. I saw the employees kind of nervous didnt know why so I ignored it. I paid and give a tip. Later that evening I decided to put down my hard top convertible and the unexpected happened. Which I didnt notice at the time I pick up the car at the detailing section. One of the moldings on the left side of the hardtop convertible on the top was out of alignment and it snapped off completely in pieces. So I stop and look at the other side on the passenger side it was almost out of alignment. The only explanation I got from the BMW dealer was that when they were bluffing the roof of the car too much pressure on those moldings made the left one snap out of place. Now I am debt $300-plus dollars out of my pocket. I do not recommend this place if theyre not being honest when they damage something on your vehicle and they still smile at you expecting a tip. I recommend if you do take your car to get detail and wash and you have a convertible make sure you pop it open and close it right back so they could see its working properly cause theyre very dishonest and they cant afford the repairs and they will deny it. I give this place a below zero rating on the detailing section.

I WENT HERE SUNDAY 8/27 AND MY CAR IS BRAND NEW,,,,THEY WASHED IT DRIED IT VERY FAST AND THEY WERE TRYING TO HURRY BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSING TIME SO EVERYBODY WAS BEING RUSHED AND THE JOB THEY DID WAS HORRIBLE, WHEN I GET HOME IM LOOKING AND THERE IS A SCRATCH DOWN MY DOOR , BUT NOBODY BOTHERED TO TELL ME AT THE CAR WASH, YOU THINK THEY WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE MISTAKES,,,I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

The service is fast. However, in my 1st visit, they got mt car key locked out and didnt tell that they were about to open the door using a tool until I found out therere about to do it already. In my 2nd visit, they wetted my trunk but didnt tell me about it. Its not their fault that my trunk had a little hole and some water went down into it, but shouldve told me though? In my 3rd visit, my interior was not really well-vacuumed. Not sure to come back there.

They crashed my car on the light in the front I told them about it and they didnt do anything about it . I had to dry my car my self when it got out the car that was driving my car I asked him what happen to my light and her can away . They have bad management they didnt do anything to help me all he said was it wants are falter wen I told him I saw the guy trying to put back my light cover . poor serves Never agen will I go there DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Left my truck for over 2 hours for the Deluxe Wash. Absolutely the WORST car wash I have ever had. The inside was hardly vacuumed, the windows were filthy and streaked nothing was wiped down and had tire dressing all over the wheels and the side of the truck. My first and last time giving them any business and I literally work across the street. I could have done better with a dirty t-shirt and spit!!!

We had a great experience here. We pulled into town after driving 2 days from Oregon and the car was nasty on the outside. The guys vacuumed our car and sent it thru the wash. The van came out with dirt still on it so they sent it thru a 2nd time. Most places wouldnt have done that. The gentleman drying off the car took his time and we were overall satisfied

I always get my car done here. Usually very good but every once in a while I catch a spot that gets missed. Just make sure to look over your car when theyre done. Can get very busy on the weekends with long waits. A little more expensive than others, but it goes to paying the workers fairly, per the Car Washs literature.

Quick and good service. The line could be long though. If youre going there for the first, just look for the line of cars and follow them. Stay in line until you get to vacuum station. Then you can leave the car with the key in it and go pay in the office and waiting lounge.

What do you mean you dont do rain checks. Thats bad service. I went to your location to get my car washed, unfortunately it rained at night. Now I call and you tell me "You dont do rain checks" Bad Bad. Southern CA doesnt usually get rain in the summer time.

Today is Wednesday, usually a dollar cheaper than the usual car wash, oh well. (The final completion of the cleaning staff will give your car keys, then you can give a tip, how much you decide, should tip bill, not copper

I had to ask 12 times, to clean each stain that they left without cleaning.. and they look frustrated as I show them , it was not cleaned and wiped properly. Probably my first and last visit, although o Liv just 2 blocks away.

Beaware of your stuff in the car. Lost my power bank and some quarters in the last visit. Cant imagine their workers actually going through your glove box. Never come again!
