So I just bought a car, not even 2 days with it I decided to come wash it here. Worst mistake ever. I end up getting scratches on all four sides of the car. Rims got all scratched up, whats worse is when I confronted the so called manager "Angel" he looked at me and told me I was lying to him and that the scratches were already there. How in the world can the scratches already have been there if its a BRAND NEW CAR. Never coming here again. You can come here, if you dont mind your car getting scratched up and then being accused of lying so they can save theyre asses.

As an LA transplant who doesnt quite understand the whole culture of taking an hour out of your day and paying $50+ for a total car spa/massage/aromatherapy experience, having a place to just go and get your car cleaned quickly and (relatively) cheaply is very appealing. Thats exactly what LA Express Car Wash is -- its a quick drive-through car wash with those awesome giant washing noodles. They dont hand-towel or lovingly detail anything here, and youll have to vacuum out your interior yourself, but its fast and affordable, and gets your car clean.

I would always go there. But one time I asked an emplyee to please remove my antena and he failed to do so I would have done it but the car was already going under the washing things so my antena got bent! ... I reported the problem and is has been over a month and havent gotten the right antena cant believe it ...be carful people!! Here they lost a loyal customer for sure I was taking three vehicles so now I would not be recommending or taking zero cars to that place...

Used to be good when it first opened but now a little janky. Last two times I went the spray they use for the tires (Im assuming its some sort of armorall) was way too much and when I drove away it splattered oily black gunk all over the side of my car from the wheels spinning. I wish they would fix that or just get rid of it. Not everyone likes shiny oily tires. Keep it an option if anything.

Highly efficient cash wash and it does the job. I just go for the $6 Basic Wash and it gets the bird doo-die out fine. Sometimes, I have to spot dry some areas the blow-dry machine did not completely get. The vacuums have good suction. Suggestion: Bring/Keep a micro-fiber cloth in you car; dont buy the one from the vending machine. Friendly staff throughout.

This is my go-to car wash when it comes to machine given washes. I normally do the basic because its $6 and then I use the vacuum for free. Normally there isnt a long wait to get in the wash and use the vacuum, which is one of the best things about this place. Ill continue to come back. Its a really good deal and convenient.

We were only there for the cheapest service. So basically its quite straight forward. You enter, pay for the service and follow the track. Its fast (like less than 5mins fast) and my car turns out quite clean too. Fast and efficient. Staff is friendly and helpful. However theres no drying service after the machine.

I enjoy the self-serve vacuum service. You can be as quick or as thorough as ud like. The prices are reasonable. The only negative aspect is sometimes this place can be a bit busy. When 1 out of the 2 vacuums has less than optimal pressure, you just use the good vacuum or ask the staff to fix the problem.

I really like this drive-thru car wash. you can do the basic for $6 and then use the free vacuum. i live in Glendale and work in Atwater Village; Ive tried a lot of drive-thru car wash with the same cost, but this one is the best. after you wash the car you will smell the odor of the cleaning detergent.

Basically you pay for water and soap to be thrown at your car.everything else you do yourself.their vacuums suck and wouldnt pick up the dog hair out of my car and the vending machines require you to bust out your wallet and clean everything yourself. I should of done all this at home.

Cheap, fast, clean, nice spot to shine/vacuum your car. Make sure to check the live busy-ness meter on google maps BEFORE leaving to get here because this place gets jam packed, and its no fun waiting in line and not being able to vacuum afterwards.

I like the $19 deal (which is on sale) and you can come back as often as you like for the next 4 weeks to get the minimum six dollar wash which is a drive through when you get a free vacuum and do it yourself of course. I dont seem to stay busy.

I like the prices and I defently love the free vacuum. It can work on fixing the GO! Light since its always on even when its not supposed to be on. Ive been to other Car Washes and they tend to have more air guns. Over all love it!

Quick, cheap, solid car wash. Just be careful. The washer can be very rough on your car. Left mine with a crack in my passengers side mirror and I didnt notice until later in the day. Id be more upset if my car wasnt an old car.

It is waiting more than 20 minutes. The president came out whether it was the manager this and the chance was given to my car in behind in advance and there was no question in me. To wash a car, I went and ruined a feeling.

Great prices for a car wash.... you do the drying and cleaning the inside yourself which I prefer, there is always a managers special which is a bonus... there is vending machines for car care products with decent prices...

This the best place to get a carwash. I bring my niece here all the time because shes always facinated with the rainbow colored soap. Easy to park and they offer free vacuum bays to wipe your car and vacuum your carpets.

Excellent automatic car wash. Four stars only because the vending machines that dispense car detailing products are both out of order. Otherwise the car wash itself and the cleaning stalls are awesome.

Super convenient if your car needs a quick shower. I always pay for the cheapest option which doesnt give you the best wash but when the old girl is all disheveled, this livens her up to be sure

I love this place for a quick, cheap and effective car wash. My only compliant is their cheapest car wash just recently went from $6 bucks to $7! :( but Ill still take my car here lol. :)

A pretty standard do it yourself carwash. Just make sure you hose down the brush before you use it. The first time I went there I didnt and my car looked just as dirty as before.
