WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!!!! I WAS JUST THERE SEPTEMBER 12TH AND THEY DID SUCH A HORRIBLE JOB. DO NOT COME HERE!!! MY CAR STILL LOOKED EXTREMELY DIRTY, INSIDE AND OUT. IT ACTUALLY LOOKED WORST AFTER I TOOK IT IN TO GET CLEANED. THEY USED A WAX INSIDE THE CAR, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY JUST SPRAYED IT EVERYWHERE , DID NOT EVEN WIPE IT . MY HANDS FELT SO OILY FROM JUST USING MY STEERING WHEEL. TO TOP IT OFF IT RAINED THE NEXT DAY, AND MY CAR LOOKS DISGUSTING !!! I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THE SITUATION AND HE SAID TO COME BACK IN AND THEY WILL REWASH IT!!!!! ARE YOU CRAZY?????? WHO WOULD GO BACK THERE AFTER YOU MADE MY CAR LOOK WORSE OFF! I SAID NO, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND HE SAID WE DONT DO REFUNDS , YOU CAN BRING YOUR CAR IN AND WE CAN JUST REWASH IT. WELL I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DONT DO REFUNDS, BECAUSE THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB , AND THEY MOST LIKLEY HAVE SO MANY COMPLAINTS. IF YOU ARE READING THIS , DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR CAR WASHED. *PS i couldnt post this without putting a rating and they dont even deserve 1 star, WORST CAR WASH EVER !!!

I am so upset right now. first off, I have a small SUV and needed a wash, wax and interior cleaning for my seats. The person quoted me $250!! Total rip off, thats an entire car note! I have a very simple saturn vue SUV not a complicated vehicle to wash and detail, its barely even a SUV. SO in an attempt to get my car detailed without having to run around I settled for the $150.00 price without the wax (still blows me that he was going to charge me $100 to wax my car).. I come pick up my car and my seats look the EXACT SAME. They did nothing to them.. the seat has the exact same water mark as it had when i dropped it off. When I asked the carwash attendant to reclean the seat his response was that "its impossible to clean".. huh?! a WATERMARK! I literally accidentally spilt water! what a ripoff! Save your $150.00 and go somewhere else for your car.

WASHER BEWARE!! Ive been going there for years, but this time when they ran it through (a second time), they failed to check the trunk! It was NOT completely shut! The trunk and my belongings were all FILLED with WATER!! The workers LIED and said that I had left it open, in order to keep their jobs in America and not get deported. They refused to accept responsibility! I was finally able to get a refund, but THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!! And now Im left with the task of drying out everything (and tossing away the damaged destroyed items) with no recompense from the Car Wash whatsoever!! It was 6pm when I came back to them to complain. After the woman dealt with me, they simply closed shop and left me there all by myself to dry off my trunk and its belongings! . . . . NEVER GO THERE!

I had the worst experience ever at this car wash! I pulled up around 12:20 and asked for the works, which you would think they would be excited about since that means money for them. I needed my seat shampooed and everything. The guy proceeded to tell me how he wouldnt be able to get certain stains out and that there was too much dog hair which would take a long time to get out. I told him I have a dog and thats why there is so much hair but I needed it clean. He also kept mentioning how they were closing early because of the cloudy weather. He kept stalling and making excuses so finally I said are you going to clean it or do I need to go somewhere else. He then told me to go somewhere else! Unbelievable!!

THEY SPRAYED A WAX IN THE CAR AND DIDNT EVEN WIPE IT IN THE INTERIOR. MY HANDS WERE EXTREMELY OILY. CALLED THE MANAGER AND COMPLAINED AND HE SAID THEY DONT DO REFUNDS! TO COME BACK, YEAH I PASS!!! YOU CAN TAKE MY $30 AND SHOVE IT!!! DO NOT COME HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT !

Understaffed on a Friday morning and I made sure to get there just after 8. My black truck was parked in the sun for more than 10 mins untouched before I walked over to it and saw the entire side had dried with unrinsed soap. Mentioned it to the lead and he gave me attitude for asking about it. They washed my car again and I was there for an hour and fifteen mins. They also half-assed the vacuuming, will never return.

This is the second time that I have brought my car here and they have locked my keys inside and expected me to have a spare. When I asked for a refund I was told that they dont give refunds, that the alarm locked the car and it was not their fault. My recommendation is not to bring your car here unless you carry a spate, if you can avoid this place do so.

They actually take their time clean every corner you could imagine! I just bought my car and it needed a detail and these guys saved me a trip! It was $16.39 for the wash + extensive vacuum and wipe down! You guys rock! Will definitely come back! (Be mindful that a good job takes time -- so you may be here 35min or so)

They did a decent job with my car. I had some frosting from a cupcake accident on the rear window which they didnt clean well and they left some streaks on the doors and whatnot. But the car came out generally cleaner then it went in.

Paid 20 bucks for a basic wash and wax. They somehow screwed it up and the car has crap all over it which wont come off unless you use a buffer. Thry didnt give us a refund.
