Sewer backed up and filled my shower. Set an appt with him for the next morning. He cancelled on me because a long time customer of his called. I have 3 daughters, my girlfriend, and her son in the house, who havent been able to shower or flush a toilet for days. You just dont ditch a new customer because a previous customer calls. Very unprofessional.
