We have a house built in 1938 in Los Angeles that we purchased almost 3 years ago which had extensive work done shortly after the purchase. At that time, we hired a specialist for each job and while they were OK, we really wanted to find a contractor we could trust who could do everything, so we can call whenever we have an improvement project. So when we needed several projects done this time, which included taking down the existing bay window and installing a patio door as well as extending our patio area, roof repair, popcorn ceiling removals, wall re-texturing, and painting, we contacted several general contractors. While Eden was not the lowest bidder (not the most expensive either by any means), when we met Roy, we knew we wanted to go with them. He was on time, extremely friendly, and took time listening to our needs. He made sure he had all the details he needed to give us an accurate quote. There was no comparison to other contractors we saw. Some of them made us feel like grade schoolers. After all, we are choosing the people who will be in and out of our home so we were looking for good, trustworthy people who would be there to try their best to accommodate our needs with integrity. And his brother Ron, the owner, who came with Roy for the 2nd consultation was also very courteous and knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable to trust them with the job. We are very happy with our decision to go with Eden. They were reasonable and made sure their work was to our standard by checking the progress each step of the way and redoing things we did not even point out. And although every crew-member we met was great, Roy really made the company in our opinion, and made the whole experience wonderful. He was always responsive by email, text, and call, always friendly, cheerful, and professional, and was even really great working around our 2 teenage girls schedules! Since my husband and I are both busy pretty from early in the morning to late in the evening during the week, he took time to stop by on Saturdays several times to check in with us to make sure things are going as we wanted despite the long drive. Im happy to say there are still good guys out there! Work was completed in time, which is amazing on its own, but they were also nice enough to do more than what they promised without charging us. We cant say enough good things about this company, and we are sure to recommend them to our family and friends anytime they need anything done to their home. And we now have go-to guys for all future projects.

We strongly recommend this general contractor. We decided to work with them for our investment property as they were referred by one of the well-established HOA’s in LA. Now that the project is completed, we can share that this remodeling provided us an unexpected pleasant experience - shocking we know! The renovation included a complete remodel of three bathrooms, painting the interior of the property, installation of new sliding doors, drywalls, kitchen appliances, and blinds. As a designer, I tend to look at tasks in detail. We were concerned and skeptical in regard to the quality and service to be provided. However, they didnt disappoint. Not only were they professional, insightful and responsive, but they also were very patient with our requests and made modifications to insure we felt satisfied. I must say it is "Extremely" difficult to find qualified general contractors. They exceeded our expectations and set the standard for this highly scrutinized industry. We feel so fortunate that we now know who to call upon in the future. Thank you so much, Ron, Oren and their hardworking team!

We hired Eden Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Alex, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Alex was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired Eden for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Alex was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire Eden again for future projects.

I had a great experience working with Eden Builders. I obtained several bids for a bathroom & kitchen remodel before finally selecting them. Oren was the most professional & I liked that he provided a detailed estimate. I had to go through my HOA’s approval process and submit various info (contractor’s license, proof of insurance, etc) for a meeting deadline. Oren provided the info quickly without any hassle which I greatly appreciated. And throughout the entire remodeling process, he was patient in answering all my questions. Oren’s crew worked every day & did a great job. I was so pleased with their work that I ended up having them replace the flooring in both rooms which wasn’t part of the original contract. The entire job went very smoothly and now I have a beautiful bathroom & kitchen!

Top quality from beginning to end. I hired based on reviews as I had to have my glass sliding doors, windows, and electrical done right. I live in a condo complex which has rules and regulations so I was a little concerned. I am so glad I chose Eden Builders I was truly impressed every step of the way. From price, to timing, communication, follow up and a few little extras here and there that really helped me alot. Its a fixer I bought and Ofer Litman "Ron" was definitely the right choice for the two large items that had to be done perfect! Couldnt be happier! Working with Roy from Eden Builders you find out quickly why they are so highly rated on all review sites. Roy saw our home for exactly what it is, our home not just another project to rush through. He worked closely with my wife and I and respected our opinions and we have a lot :). They removed walls, drywall and insulation and everything was done with detail. His crew was very respectful of our space and cleaned up daily before leaving. I tipped the workers often so they knew how happy we were with their work. Weve hired many contractors over the years and some were good but none as impressive and nice as Eden. 100% recommend hiring them

I used Eden builders for an extensive remodel of a 1927 home, including replacing hardwood floors, demo of existing kitchen and laundry room, replacing all of the windows, upgrading electrical, water heater, plumbing, new bathroom, and repainting and re-stuccoing . I worked with Oren who was quick to complete the estimate. They were responsive though out the remodel as issues came up due to the age of the house and they had someone on the job everyday. I would highly recommend Eden for any remodeling jobs you have, as my experience has been that reliable and responsive contractor is difficult to find.
