Ive lived in the same house for almost five years and it had always bothered me how big the bedrooms are. I like to sleep in a tighter space. My wife and I both do. One day we were discussing this with a friend and she says, why dont we have a part of your room turned into an en suite bathroom. My first thought was how come I didnt think of this and my second question was is that even possible. I did my research and it turns out it is. We had some sketches made, but the problem was obviously going to be the actual project. What with pipes and flowing water involved, this is a considerably bigger deal than just putting in a walk-in-closet, lets say. We thought the project was going to be easier and with a very small time frame. Doing our research, two companies came highly recommended from friends who had used them. I called both and got estimates. The quotes were very similar, but the guy at Advanced won it because of his attitude. He seemed very aware that this was our home we were talking about, not just another job or a house we were flipping for profit. His attitude clearly filtered down to the people who did the job. They were very professional, seemed to work non-stop, and called me into the room whenever there was any type of major update or if they thought there was something I should know. Every time I had a question and I would ask one of the team members doing construction they would politely respond. They were very respectful to my home; which I highly appreciate. The job they did was first-class, the finishing on the walls, floors and counters is perfect. The bathroom is now our favorite room in the house! Advanced Builders and Contractors told me it can be done and you bet that theyll be our first and hopefully the only company we call when the time comes.

I would like to recommend Advanced Builders and Contractors to ANYONE who has to do any kind of remodeling, especially for a kitchen remodeling which is what I had them do for me. The original floor plan was pretty good but the kitchen itself was really outdated. Nick, the contractor, helped me sort out the ideas I had. He told me what he thought would work and what wouldn’t. He also had great ideas based on what he knew looked great and worked well in other kitchens that he has built. I had him install custom designed cabinets. They turned out beautiful. His cabinet maker brought me actual door samples and we looked at them in my kitchen and chose a beautiful oak cabinet together. The hinges are concealed and the drawers have dove tail connections, these cabinets are solid and will last for a long time! He had a solution for pretty much every issue I had. When I told him I hate washing my floors he recommended this stone floor that was so beautiful! Its colors were marbleized so stains wouldn’t easily show I am very pleased with the floor. He also recommended lazy-susans for more storage and easier access in the corner cabinets which I also love. He told me that he can install a garbage compactor hidden with a cabinet door over it, as well as a cabinet with a compartment for recycling objects and another for trash. I love all these little and super helpful additions he recommended. My Caesar stone counter tops are gorgeous! There are tiny sparkling particles in it which are really pretty. He also designed and installed these LED lights under my cabinets and over the top too they really add so much to the overall look. I am extremely pleased with their work and I am sure you will be too!

After 18+ months of searching for a contractor to remodel my bathroom, I finally came upon Advanced Builders and Contractors. Ive had several contractors walk through in that period, none of which I feel were as knowledgeable nor as giving with their advice or ideas. The project manager with ABC had a genuine trustworthiness about him and that to me was important, not to mention he understood that I was looking for --a period 1920s feel and that, I had a very clear idea of what exactly I wanted. The job was a total gut to the studs and rebuild; only the bathtub remained that too because it was period and at ABC’s recommendation we had it re-glazed. The crew that they surround themselves with are not only professional but also have great pride in the work they do. The project manager who came out and was on the job was super accommodating and always willing to iron out the creases as they came up -which in truth werent many and mostly it was me wanting things done a certain way (normally harder) to get the exact look I wanted. When I purchased the tile they were always at hand to answer any questions or concerns and worked hard to fix any surprises/issues that came up. I couldnt be more happier with the remodel finish and the work done by this crew. Eyes closed, Id hire Advanced Builders and Contractors to do any work within the my home here and wherever else I may move. Thank you guys!!!

When my husband and I found out I was pregnant we knew I would need to start working from home. We had enough space to extend into the back yard for an office and a nursery. Nick understood that we were on a time crunch and worked very diligently in making this addition for us just in time for the baby’s arrival. We left our home during the construction but visited frequently. Sam was in close contact with me a lot and I felt very confident through the whole process. From phase to phase the inspectors were always there signing off and we were on to the next step. I am very impressed at the way the crew is led by Sam. They have lots of experience, and they are good at what they do. Sam had solutions to every concern I had. He installed a super quiet air system and a bit of extra sound-proofing so that when I work the baby won’t be disturbed but still close to me. He also had nice design ideas for both rooms such as, built in shelves and beautiful wood flooring. The rooms were done with just enough time for me to furnish and decorate. This was a great experience. Now, when I am ready to start working I have a beautiful office space that is right next to Sophia’s nursery. We spend lots of time in the nursery and look forward to using our office soon. I’m impressed and pleased with Advanced Builders and Contractors. Their quality work and customer service is worth every penny they ask for.

My wife and I had never built a house from scratch before and were uncertain of the process. The people at ABC provided us with all information that we needed, they told us that this would be a tedious, and long process but that the outcome would be excellent. All this came out to be correct. The people at ABC did an outstanding job, the service we received was excellent. They treated very well and gave us personal attention for each step of the process. When they had to be flexible they were and when they couldn’t be fixable to our advantage they would explain: "The Building and safety department will not allow a certain feature in your home", or something to that extent, they were some many time I can think of when we were doing the plans that these issues came up. And each time I feel like they let us make the final decision. I truly love that about ABC, they make the process easy for you especially if you have a full time career, and don’t know all the building codes of building a new house. We appreciated the expert opinions offered during that process as this was a huge help for us to be able to stick to our estimated time line. I would like to thank Sam as well as Nick for their ability to custom tailor this house to our familys needs. We definitely feel that we received top notch service in all aspects of our house. They quality product used speak highly for themselves.
