Left a review through Facebook already but decided to leave the same review through google. MRV sent the same technician twice, the first time was a few years ago when he installed the a/c blower backwards which left the entire house uncomfortably hot. Today they decided to send us the same technician, and he somehow managed to saturate the entire a/c power unit with water which leaves us without a/c for the rest of the day and part of tomorrow. I am now avoiding this company like the plague.

Paid for the annual inspection on 3-15-17. MRV employee stated I needed coolant. So I paid for 2 pounds.$189total. Tried using the AC on 5-15-17 and doesnt work. Asked MRV to come check why and all of a sudden I have a coolant leak and those 2 pounds of coolant are gone. Now me and the family are sweating like in a sauna and MRV could care less. Crooked company. Do not use
