I have been looking around for a good crossfit gym in Aurora for a bit of time, and Crossfit South Aurora immediately struck me as being different from the competition. At Crossfit South Aurora, I felt like I was welcomed as a member of the community almost instantly. My face was remembered and I was greeted into every workout by regulars at the gym. The coaching at Crossfit South Aurora is truly spectacular as well. I have been doing crossfit for nearly three years, and still, I was taught refinements to my snatch technique that immediately improved my lift. This crossfit gym is a truly special place and I recommend giving it a shot for newcomers and veterans alike! Plus, for only a $10 drop-in fee, it wouldnt be worth it not to give Crossfit South Aurora a try!

This is the best crossfit I have found. Dave is a great trainer and he cares about how you are with where you are. You arent pushed too hard too fast. There is a great sense of community and improving for where you are. He is great at modifying a workout if you have an injury. Highly recommend. Competitive in price too.

Two thumbs up here! If you are in Aurora, Colorado and looking for a visitor friendly box, this is the place. Great facility, friendly staff, drop in rate is only 10 bucks. The owner (Im guessing) even gave me a nice tip to add to my snatch that was very helpful.

Great neighborhood box with super friendly staff and athletes. Dave welcomes everyone to come be a part of the community and this place is very kid friendly. It will be the go to for our family when we are in town. Great for all types and ages of Crossfitters.

Fantastic atmosphere! In 7 months of watching what I eat, and dedication to this gym, I have been transformed. The team take the time to show you the best, safest way possible. I am incredibly grateful for walking in and meeting Dave and Shawnee and the team.

This is a great gym with fantastic members and trainers. In just six weeks, Ive notice major differences in my physique and my overall fitness level. Their "no ego" policy makes it a pleasant place to be, and the trainers are all super encouraging.

Crossfire South Aurora is very welcoming to out of towners looking to get a great workout in when visiting. I really appreciate Dave taking the extra time to help me improve my snatch. Looking forward to my next visit!

Owners and Patrons act as if they own the sidewalk and road in this public shopping center, people will dart in front of moving cars with no care in the world. Would NEVER use this gym...
