I love this gym. This has been the first workout that I have stayed with. I always work hard. The staff is friendly and encouraging. There is a growing family here. Please try it! All fitness levels are welcome and pushed to do their very best. Coach O is awesome and Lauren is quickly becoming a favorite coach of mine as well.
