Well, first the positives. The Price... 40 bucks a month pays for me and my wife to go whenever we want. Not bad at all. The Location. 5 minutes from my house, beats the 25 minute drive to 24 hour fitness before. Equipment.. Has all the equipment and weights you need to get in shape and do work Now the negatives... The LAZY people that go there... This is the BIGGEST problem with this gym, the lazy people that go there, have no energy and take up machines and weights when youre trying to get in your workout. They kill your workout if you really want to lose weight and do more than one machine at a time like I do. Management really needs to get on these people because it drives high energy people like me out when they are doing next to nothing. Its not fair because WERE not getting our moneys worth and they are wasting theirs. If you are just going to go there, stand around, do one machine at a time wile taking 5 minutes in between sets you might as well be at the McDonalds across the parking lot. I would recommend this gym to friends and family because when these people are not there, it is a great place to work out. Just have to rid this gym of these walking sloths. Go hard or GO HOME!

I went in with my family to check the place out. Pretty normal gym, and was clean. We asked to try out the facility and was told to go ahead (no waiver?). We werent here for very long, but I couldnt help but laugh at all the muscle heads. At least 5 men walking around in cut up tank tops, staring in the mirror as they lifted weights, clearly above me and my family. During one of my boyfriends sets of (100#ea) dumbbell bench press, he failed on a rep and had to drop the weight (from about 8 inches above the ground). Not even one of those guys offered to help or anything. Instead, one of the little roid freaks went up to the main desk to tattle. As we were leaving, the young blonde up front proceeded to scold my boyfriend for dropping the weight. She never asked if we liked the place, if we had any questions, only "some guys said you were dropping weights, and you cant drop weights in here". Someone should teach that girl some customer service manners. We were ready to sign up for all three of us but we wont be setting foot back in this place. If youre looking for just a treadmill, or if you want to get the hookup on steroids, this is your spot. If not, go anywhere else.

This place is a dump. It has dim fluorescent lighting, low ceilings and a dank sweaty smell, in other words depressing. Most of the gym equipment is old, loose beat up garbage. The music played is rubbish that should have stayed back in the elevators of the 1970s. Perhaps the most offensive is personal trainers that talk down to clients, either that or the hole in the floor where I rolled my ankle.

Compared to other gyms in the area, I really feel like the trainers here are more educated and care more about my health overall, rather than just trying to get a quick fix. I know that Review came under new ownership lately and obviously theyre doing something right because it looks a lot better and theyre doing fun seminars and stuff that they never used to do.

I worked out here for 8 years and it is a nice place. Friendly, laid back and not a lot of muscle heads. It is a place to go and talk to some people while excercising. Great staff and clientele, you cannot beat the price.
