Law Bringer

Buyer beware - They will post fraudulent charges to your bank account if they have your checking account information. I had cancelled my membership over a year ago and they started billing my account again out of the blue. Ive contacted the BBB and also contacted the fraud department at my bank. The 2 young managers, Aaron and Nick, are of no help. When I asked them for the phone # for their corporate office I was told to "look it up". When you try to "look it up" the phone #s for the corporate office have all been disconnected. My bank is putting a block against them so they can no longer submit these fraudulent charges against my account. Also Ive come across many many complaints on the internet about the "billing" practices of fitness 19 - alot of people having this same problem. This place and this company are a scam.

Washer Machine

I honestly think people complaining about being double charged are too stupid to realize that you pay for first and last months membership. When you put in to cancel your membership, its like a 60 day notice at an apartment. So you fulfill 2 more months and you get an extra 3rd month for when you paisley twice at beginning. If youre too ignorant to plan canceling a membership 2 months prior, thats your fault. Youre probably the same people who walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes and do weight exercises that mess up your tendons.

The ownership of this club is really bad. They used to be in Parker and I had contacted him several times to get my refund from pre paying. He had promised to refund moneys do to them moving and the notice they sent out about shutting the doors in parker was mailed out without anytime to get to its members before they shut the doors. Last conversation with owner was I was going to get my refund in the mail but that was 4 months ago. Watch out for these guys!! Staff was rude and the owner is a liar!!!

Love this place! Yes, it is located next to a high school, but people go to a gym to work out, not to goof off. The main manager is absolutely fantastic as are most of the employees, if there is confusion or an issue with something he is right there with the answer already on hand. I was told the first day I walked in that the benefit of a smaller gym, besides the price, is that you feel like a family there. They have yet to contradict themselves!

Buyer beware. Gym is veryyyy small. Literally, if someone cuts wind, you are smelling that all over the damn place. On a more serious note: You cant even get a copy of their contract. So you have to sign it first then you read it afterwards? Not very business savvy/ethical. Who does the sale staff/mgt. thinking they are dealing with? Neanderthals? Judge for yourself.

This is a great place if you want to just get in a quick no-nonsense workout every day. They have a lot of machines but the space is small so they are very close together and a bit crowded. Also the machines are pretty old, but...again, if youre just looking to get in and out and dont need any extras (like showers) this is a great inexpensive gym.

If you are just looking for a gym then this place is perfect. It is inexpensive, usually not crowded, and has a decent amount of equipment. If you need smoothie bars, steam rooms, classes, etc then this is not the place for you. It didnt get 5 stars due to its limited Sunday hours.

Be careful of these scum. The gym itself is ok but the people that work there try to find every way possible to rip you off and if you disagree, they threaten to report you to a credit rating agency to get their way. Avoid this gym at all costs

Terrible customer service. The owner, Lynn Nguyen was extremely rude and short with me because my card was charged and my membership was canceled 2 years ago. Quite the scam for a business
