I first began my workouts with Chris a little over a year ago under the premise that I wanted to get into Law Enforcement and needed to work on my physical strength as well as my stamina. Chris was supportive throughout my application process and would always adjust my workouts depending on the physical requirements of a pending application, fitting my needs and current condition with the best and fastest workout possible to achieve success. I am very pleased with my work with Chris and since I began with NoCo Fitness I have gotten my dream career in Law Enforcement. I truly believe that NoCo Fitness is better than CrossFit or any other workout routine found online or DVD simply because those programs are generalized for everyone where-as NoCo Fitness will ask your goals, assess your current condition and create a custom routine to fit your needs that will gradually get you to where you want to be without killing yourself on some generic program doing a workout that doesnt even help you. I would recommend NoCo Fitness to anyone and everyone who wants to get healthy or stay healthy. With a personalized routine to help you achieve or stay at your goals you wont ever feel left behind when you are dying in front of the TV trying to do 50 push-ups when you dont really need them to achieve your goals. Chris is a great trainer who works side-by-side with you and I believe he only feels like he succeeds when you do. I will continue to work with Chris as I advance through my career for many years to come. All-in-all? Check it out. :)

I actually found NoCo Fitness by googling personal trainers in the area. It was another clients review that commented about a history of previous injuries and how the trainer was still able to work around them and still saw the results. (I have had many knee surgeries so this was encouraging.). Ive been working out twice a week with Ryan for just over two months now. Im so glad I sought them out!! I cannot say enough positive things! The staff are friendly, and welcoming. I also love the no-long-term commitment with personal training--that its moreso pay-as-you-go. The flexibility to go more or less each week is a major bonus for those with varying work schedules. The workouts are different everyday so it never gets boring! The atmosphere is very comfortable for all ages and all stages of a fitness journey. Seriously, if you are thinking about trying NoCo Fitness and all it has to offer--you certainly should!

Chris was absolutely amazing! I won a bridal show package and it was perfect for me. He was able to personalize every aspect of the work out to my needs, injuries, goals, and available space for me. I have several previous injuries he was able to plan around and strengthen. Chris was able to directly target my goals in the workouts. My favorite part was that he planned the workouts with the equipment I have and didnt require me to go out and buy more. He is very kind, personable, and a great motivator. He would check up on me through out the week and was able to take a hourly workout down to 15 minutes a day since my schedule became very busy. I appreciated my time with him. I had the opportunity to work with Chris for 2 months and I can hardly believe what I have been able to accomplish! I came to Chris with the desire to learn how to work out correctly and tone up my body, things that I was not sure how to do prior. Since the time I began, I have gained that knowledge and have begun to see drastic changes in my body! I was 40 lbs overweight, middle-aged, and had tried many different kinds of products and programs which did not help me to take the weight off and keep it off permanently. Then I started working with Coach Chris, and he has helped me to take 35 lbs off (and still dropping) and keep it off permanently! I started going to No Co Fitness 6 months ago. I never beleived that six months later I would still be attending an hour work out session each week. I feel so much better about myself, have lost weight and inches and look forward to working out now. Chris at No Co keeps you motivated. I have never been one to get a membership to a gym because I dont like the atmosphere of working out with a lot of other people. At No Co Fitness, it is a one on one basis. As a former personal trainer I have been very impressed with Chris Silvernale and NoCo Fitness. Chris took the time to check my initial fitness level and find out what my fitness goals are. The workouts are challenging, but I do not feel pushed to the point of exhaustion or pain. I have seen an improvement in my overall fitness. I will never be ripped or run marathons, but it was certainly much easier this spring to carry bags of mulch and spread them on my garden!
