This place is absolutely horrible. They only respect you if you speak Spanish. They kept dismissing us. The lady who cut his hair kept ignoring me after I showed photos of how I wanted it to look. Hes two years old. He didnt even cry. She spent five minutes on it, and shaved more than half of his head in an uneven cut. I guess if I spoke more Spanish or my husband took him, we would have been treated differently. The haircuts there arent even worth a dollar to look like sideshow bob. Este lugar es horrible. Sólo te tratan con respeto si hablas español. No saben lo que hacen y los precios no valen la pena. Un mono podría haber cortado mejor el pelo de mi hijo.

if there were negative stars thats what this place would get. horrible. horrible. horrible! would not reccomend them to anyone for anything. the service was terrible. my son wanted a haircut. and a design. he got his hair cut and the design was super shitty. no one knew how to do a simple line. the edge was crooked all the way around his head. not to mention we waited for like 2 hours. children-$13 and what was supposed to be a $13 to $20 haircut for a child mind you turned into a $30 haircut. and for what??? i could cut circles around them.

Its incredible how accurate all the reviews of this place are. I have gone a couple times because I didnt really believe that people are choosing to be obviously racist but oh yes its exactly that. If you are not Hispanic (meaning dark skinned or speak Spanish) you will not get helped here. Its insane because if you are white and did that at any business it would be all over the news but at Metro its completely acceptable. If you are white dont bother trying to get your haircut here

Tertible. No management and the young barbers will have friends come in and cut infront of waiting customers. Another one of the young barbers had obviously been working on his friends hair when I arrived. I was waiting my turn for an hour and 20 minutes that still hadnt finished his friends hair and began edging his hairlines. Myself and 5 others all left after the other barbers friends came in and cut the line. Crazy waste of your time!

This place is terrible, my son (5) had 3 people ahead of him which I didnt mind waiting. Then 3 other people came in after us and instead of taking the next person they started taking the people who came in after us. Would give it 0 stars but had to rate 1 star just to write a review. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON WAITING FOREVER

If youre not Mexican , I wouldnt bother going ! I have been there a couple times, both times ive waited an hour + , I had people skip Infront of me. They dont really understand any kind of English, and did an absolute horrible job on my hair! Would not recommend this shop to anyone!

These people take almost an hour for a simple haircut. And they really need to get rid of the butcher shop ticket machine and put the clip board back on the counter. They also need to greet when you come in and notify you of anything.

Man this place is horrible! They dont talk to you when you walk unless you speak Spanish! They have no way of knowing who came in first! Its dirty with hair everywhere! Chairs are broken! And they only talk to the Spanish people!
