_ Pros: Nice gym, clean well maintained but very small. Not overly busy (I go very early in the morning though) People are polite and there to workout Minimal peacocks even in the afternoon Cons Way to much equipment for the space, close enough that it is probably unsafe in some places No area for warmups / cool downs No area for body weight / trx style workouts Very poor third party biller, paid my membership in full and still need to have a credit card on file with the biller. Wife and I have to have separate accounts to make it easier on the owner (Who is the customer?) Ive been a member for a year now and I am trying to decide if I will renew here. My biggest complaint is the space, they have a lot of equipment packed into a very small area. There are some areas where walking between machine when people are there can be difficult. The counter area looks to be taking up a third of the gym space, its quite a waste of area. The cardio machines are literally edge to edge touching. If they got rid of the counter area or shrunk it way down they would be able to build a decent stretching / body weight workout room. The stretching room has a spin bike and ab machine in it along with some kettle bells stacked on top of the plyometric stands. The trx bands are hanging off of a plastic rod and slide all over on it. Im pretty sure the plastic holding the bands would break if someone actually used them. Max in the room is really two, and if some one decides to use the bike or the ab machine they will have to step over anyone else in the room. I fit head to toe across the room (Im 6 tall) with just a little space on either end. There is a lot of window facing the room so people can really creep as well. Fortunately (or unfortunately) no one is really gonna creep on me. My wife and I were forced to have separate accounts because they have had problems with people splitting up etc... so rather than handle their problems they make them the responsibility of all the other members. Their third party biller is ridiculous. We paid our dues in full in advance and had our membership locked out when our account was not connected to a credit card (Thats a great experience at 4 am). This took almost two months to resolve because we had a balance of 5 dollars because they could not auto-bill us zero dollars. That was a lot of complaining, unfortunately in the gym world its a bunch of trade offs. This place is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the equipment always works, and you have 24 hour access. Thats a A+ compared to most other gyms around us. I do wish they would make more space or get rid of some equipment, there is literally no where to do simple stretching or pushups. I will probably renew due to lack of a better choice.

Clean facility. 24 hour access is great. However I agree with others there is way too much equipment in here for the space. I can barely find an area to do walking lunges in. And if you have a buddy in town who wants to work out for a week good luck - $10 day passes, no option to purchase a week pass, and no guest passes besides the 3 you get when you initially sign up. Bad business, never heard of a gym who lacks that sort of customer support and it doesnt make myself and my husband want to renew. Weve been going here for about a year. Theres also no good sense of gym community here - most of the staff is lacking friendliness except for one or two of the girls (I think Anna is her name? Shes cool)

I would recommend this gym to anybody. The equipment/workout areas are clean along with up to date equipment that you probably wont find in many other gyms. I give 3 stars simply because I have 2 kids & was led to believe that child care was an option which is a false claim at this location. Also, the equipment is a gift & a curse because its a lot of equipment but its all so close in proximity to everything. Not a lot of room to move around in there....ohh & I didnt expect them have only 1 flat bench press annnnd 1 incline bench press..odd for somewhere that prides themselves on training competitive body builders.

Great gym, the staff was always friendly when I went in the daytime and in general its just a very inviting atmosphere, always clean, great equipment and never had any issues with billing even when I had to cancel the membership because I moved out of state, it is a bit cramped but theres enough room to get a great workout in so it was never an issue for me and they started offering inexpensive workshops to teach proper form shortly before I left which I wouldve loved to attend and thought that was a great idea! Overall I give it 5 stars!

Having a heck of a time to get them to stop billing me. Tried to quit a year ago, sent their collection arm a fax they say they never got and have been billing me ever since. They have a record of my phone conversation expressing that I want to stop. I got the to stop hitting my credit card and now they are sending me a bill for another month with a 5 buck fee because its not an EFT. Talked to the gym and the collection arm of the company. They just tell you "have a nice day".

Ive been a member here since it was Armbrust. Great gym, love the 24 hour access. Not a huge amount of space, but I dont need that much. Minimal douches and peacocks, there are rules here and people follow them. Im usually here around 5 am, where there is usually 5-10 people there. Saturday/Sunday mornings isnt too crowded. Everything is nice and clean including the bathrooms. Owner was super nice when I met him.

Love this gym! Been a member since around July. Staff is always pleasant and friendly and the equipment is all new and ready to use. The place is NEVER messy and the bathrooms are always clean. The pricing is great and the deals you get when you first join are super nice as well.

Awesome gym with an ever more awesome staff. I highly recommend this gym due to the nice clean environment and the people that come here. Super cool and serious fitness crowd. Great for that little extra motivation that we need sometimes!

Pretty cool place. Staff is excellent. Space is tiny. Sometimes its easier to just work out on a different machine the. Figure out how to do you reps without hitting your neighbour
