I dont go to the gym here and now I dont plan on ever becoming a member. I work in the same parking lot so I was seriously considering getting a membership w/ them because its so convenient for work. Well then I read the reviews and decided to hold off a bit. This morning I locked my phone, keys, and purse all in my car so I went to the gym to ask to use their phone, the lady at the front counter said "well if its a phone call, I guess" and lets me use the phone. She sounded very rude when saying this. I thanked her for letting me use the phone and left, I came back some time later (I had no phone so I didnt know what time it was) and asked to use the phone again to make sure everything was going smoothly and I wasnt standing outside of my car for no reason. He didnt answer so I left, he called back and asked the same lady if I was still there by chance, she said in a very rude voice "who are you looking for?!" He said "my wife, she works in the same parking lot, she came in there to call me, her husband to call the insurance because she was locked out of her car" her response "well shes not here" again rudely. People being rude all the time is out of control. Get your customer service in check if you want a good gym. Apparently I was cutting into her talking time because she went back into her office and was talking to another gentleman who worked there I could tell because of his green shirt. Plus it was like 6:30 in the morning. But anyways. Very rude, Very disrespectful. I asked if I could use the phone, not get a ride or a free membership.

I am a female, joined in 9/2014, really enjoyed my personal trainer Mario. One day came in and was told that it was his last night. I was told which trainer I would have, had 2 more sessions with him and felt he did not have the knowledge to be a trainer. I then wanted to stop my membership personal trainer and was charged in February to my charge card 320, called and had heated conversation with the assitant manager, he told me I had to either come in and sign a contract to end it or send them a certified letter. I sent them the certified letter, they then charged me 320 for March and for April. I called to talk to the now new assistant manager (Fred). I asked the girls who answered my phone call to please ask Fred to contact me through my work phone. He then called my cell at least 9 times continuously. I called the front desk again asking them to tell him to use my office number, the gal that answered hung up on me. Fred finally called my office and my coworker took the call because I had to leave, she said he was extremely rude to her on the phone. Join if you want to deal with young unprofessional employees who are more worried about texting then helping you out.

The nicest people until you decide to cancel. Had to pay a maintenance fee that is not being pulled until tomorrow and the manager couldnt waive any of it, even though I wont be using the club Im paying for other people to use the club for the next year! I had no problem paying some of the maintenance fee but I dont think its right to pay for a while year of maintenance when I wont be using the equipment. Spoke to the manager he barely made eye contact and talked to me like Im an idiot, he was so nice when my payments were messed up he was able to help then no problem so they could get my money. I will be telling everyone I know not to come here.

Horrible customer service. Cancelled my membership 10 days before the next withdraw like I needed to in order to not have the next payment come out. I was assured in the gym by the manager that I made my cancellation in time and not to worry about payment pulling. It pulled out of my account. on 3.28.16. I called and the manager assured me that the payment would be reversed right away. Spoke to my bank and still no pending reversal. Today is 4.1.16. unable to reach managers and the other employees are unable to help. go across the street to the bigger gym, you wont regret it!!

My husband went there and then decided to switch because of the hidden fees. So he canceled his membership and theyre STILL trying to charge us and we STILL get charged $35 a month plus the $10. Weve even been charged $89 a month. Our bank was notified about it and yet somehow theyre still taking money out. My husband has called the gym numerous times to stop charging our account and they STILL are. Im thinking a lawsuit may be necessary to get our money back and to finally put an end to taking our money since they cant seem to stop charging our account. Ridiculous.

Please do not do business with these people. It will be a huge mistake!! Canceling your membership is extremely difficult. And then they have the nerve to charge a $10 cancellation fee. Which I refused to pay and you are too.What are they going to do about it? Management at these places suck. There is no customer service. Which is probably why they are rated an F with the Better Business Bureau I suggest taking your business to 24 hour fitness. Where are you know they have an upper management that cares about customer related concerns.

You think they are cheap but there not they charges all kinda fees without you know and they require auto pay so you wont realize it. Plus the cancellation is a pain in the butt they will not make it easy to cancel. I called and cancel my membership 3 months ago they were still charging me when I called they said I have to go in to there office to sign my cancelation. Which they didnt say that when I first called to cancel 3 months ago. At that time they said its all set and done. Anyway over all the worst experience with youfit.

Do not sign up for a gym membership here! They are impossible to work with. I had been a loyal customer for several years. I bought a membership with personal training packages. However, they have not been able to keep a trainer on staff for more than several months at a time. Most recently theres been a 3 month gap where they have had no trainers available, but Ive continued to be charged despite cancelling my personal training sessions > 1 month ago. Ive called constantly, emailed and reported complaints with no follow through!

My wife and I absolutely love You Fit. We will not go anywhere else. We go back and forth between all three of the locations in Colorado. The staff at this particular location is always extremely friendly, and always remember our faces. The equipment is always running properly and clean as could be. Everybody keeps to themselves and we have never had an issue. This one is one of the smaller locations compared to the other two, but we have actually preferred going here due to their staff being amazing. We love it here.
