Ive been going to Bull Locks for several years. Mostly Ive received good hair cuts. Service continues to get worse and I wont be back, though. A few months ago, I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before they even started. The final straw was when I arrived at 3:45 about 15 minutes before they closed and they refused to cut my hair. They said they were closed and I said the sign on the door says youre open until 4. They said they had already turned off the credit card machine, so I said I would pay cash. They said they had already cleaned up for the day and handed me a coupon for $3 off a hair cut. I didnt need a coupon, I needed a hair cut and since they cannot even do that, there is no reason for me to ever go there again.

This was my favorite place since last summer. I liked supporting a small local business and I liked the owner. I always tip well and liked the staff. Sadly they have turned me away the last two times Ive come in. The first time I came in about 30 minutes before closing and was told they had too much to do before closing and asked me to come back another day. Today I came in 30 minutes after it opened and was told to go run some errands or something for an hour and half until 11:00, there would be another stylist available. There was one customer in the chair and nobody else waiting. Customer service has bottomed out. I emailed the owner the first time I was turned away and she never responded. I wont be returning.

This first time I brought my boys here it was great. That was about 2 months ago. The last two times Ive come in since then I havent been impressed with the staff or the haircut my son got. For $20 I should not get a sloppy haircut. You guys need to step it up in both class and quality.

Great cut and very personable barber. We had a great discussion and I was very pleased with the haircut. I was also a walk in for the first cut and was helped immediately. Looking forward to my next cut.
