BUYER BEWARE !!! I wish I could give it a negative review !!!!! If you like having your property damaged with very little to do about it then this place is for you !!!! Ok so I recently moved to the area and I used these guys twice. With that being said they have Managed to burn a new $60.00 shirt on the sleeve, When i asked if i could be credited or compensated in some way they said "They dont do that" and that she said that she wanted to Re-run it through the machine again, which I declined for obvious reasons. In addition I brought a coffee stain on a tie that I had ask if it was something they could fix, I let them and needless to say it looked Exactly as it did before! So then I asked if I could get a credit for being mis-lead and practically waiting my money and I was told No they will not do anything and when I asked for their manager she said she is one her name was CECELIA which was odd because she didnt really seem qualified enough to open the door then she gave me a GOOGLE VOICE number to the COMPLAINT department IF THATS NOT A RED FLAG I DO"T KNOW WHAT ELSE IS of course I left a message with little hope for a resolution

Wife took clothes in for one month (about 3 visits), on two occasions the shirts came back damaged beyond repair: first, ink stained and sticky black substance on shirts... Second, shirt sleeve ripped almost off with a piece of paper on it stating "wore". Confronted owner, he told me not his problem. Asked about insurance coverage, he told me the shirt were documented and he could prove the wear... I explained (while holding in hand) that I had a receipt for two of the three shirt - they were less than two months old. He argued, I got irritated and realized it is not worth my time. Took business elsewhere. Would not recommend, you will spend more on replacing shirts than you should save getting them cleaned.

I brought in my sweater that had a belt with it into this cleaners. I got my garments back but the belt to my sweater is missing. I called them multuple times spoke with 2 ladies who were suppised to.call me back but never did. I called again today and i wad told that since i didnt hear anything back they couldnt find it. Im out $75.on my sweater because they dont keep pieces together. Oh wait the policy is we are npt respondable for belts...thats fine but its a part of the garment. I will never go back to this place again. This was my first and last time go here.

Everything went well for one visit. On the second visit all of the buttons on my shirt were ruined. Every single one. The buttons are thick, but the process is obviously low quality pressing/ironing, probably at a bulk laundry outsource facility. If you have $30 shirts, Id say this is the way to go. If you have nicer clothes and want to keep the original condition, avoid this place at all costs.

Be prepared to receive very large adhesive bar codes on your clothing! I was not informed of this with my first visit, second third visit I did not notice the bar code as it was placed under the lining of a couple of garments. The fourth visit noticed this very ugly bar code that would not come off! Yikes!! This cleaners will not clean your clothing without the bar code! :-(

If you take your sleeping bag here to be laundered, first say a prayer that all your zippers are intact when you pick it up. I didnt and I spent a week camping with no zipper pull. The owner refused to fix it even though I paid him $125 to wash 3 comforters and 3 sleeping bags. Lousy service. Never again.

This place is Awesome! Prices are right and staff is always very friendly and helpful. Store is very neat and clean, and so far my clothes have always come back looking great. Def recommend if looking for a dry cleaner in the dtc area

I love this cleaner! They charge $2 for most garments and provide next day service! I have never had any damaged items, and everything has been cleaned to my liking! Check them out!
