I would NOT recommend this dry cleaners. I just picked up a tie (that I bought one month ago) and they ruined it. When I dropped it off I asked for it to be spot treated where the spot was, the lady said she would spot treat the tie "all over". It was the first time it was dry cleaned and when I picked it up it was over processed/frayed in spots. The manager Francisco came over and said right away "we did NOT do that, you dropped it off this way". (Although interestingly he was NOT there when I dropped it off to know). Then I asked for the owners name or a claim form and he refused and told me to leave the property. I told him I would leave as soon as I was given the owners name or the claim form and he called the police because I wouldnt leave without one or the other. (They have a sign saying any complaints must be handled when the item is picked up). The police gave me the owners name from Francisco, and after trying to talk with the him the policeman told me, "I understand your frustration." I cannot believe that happened. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. The police said if thats how the manager wants to run a business then thats their problem. I still cant believe it became an ordeal. After speaking with the owner Bill who also owns the Castle Rock location I was more frustrated because he defended Franciscos actions. I will NEVER use either location again! Francisco manages both locations as well. (As a side point the Castle Rock location lost a tie once of mine). I found this location on Yelp but it was such a bad experience I had to write my first review. I would give them no stars if it was possible. I just realized this dry cleaner is rated in another spot on Yelp and received 1 star by 2 reviews , and it sounds like they had similar experiences as mine. Continental Cleaners, Greenwood Village and Continental Cleaners 10, Greenwood Village. Please read those as well before dropping your clothes off and save yourself stress!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS! I took in a custom-made bench pad to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick it up, the interior pad and batting was literally balled up in the middle! Furthermore, the bench pad was in a tied plastic bag with moisture droplets on the inside! It was unbelievable! They carelessly threw my custom-made bench pad in a washing machine and ruined it! They refused to fix the problem! Now I have a bare wooden bench with no pad! Worst customer service EVER! You have been warned!

I tried this dry cleaners for the first time, and when I went to pick up the shirts they were worse than when I had first dropped them off. One even had dirt all over the front! I gave them a second chance to re-do them, and when I went to pick them up they were still unacceptable. I asked for a refund and the manager refused! He said he would only give me store credit, because that would make me come back! I said that he could keep the money, I wasnt ever going to bring clothes there again.

What a rude sulky person who helped me with my order yesterday. I was just questioning the price and took it like I was accusing her of something. She had major attitude I will never go there again. It says in big red letters $2.79 per item but it does not say anywhere under there plus tax. There are so many other options in that area for dry cleaners I will not go back because of the rude sulky staff. Go somewhere else.

Great prices compared to their competition! Friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable if there is a problem. They lost a shirt of mine; it took a check-in every week for 6 weeks before they "found" it at another location. Each time I asked, the same attending staff, they looked at me and my question like I was a new and crazy customer. Still worth the price.

The price of this service was fair, however, when I picked up my comforter there were still multiple stains left. When I tried calling after hours, the phone does not have an answering service and I was unable to speak with am employee. Unfortunately, it is only a good dry cleaning service only if your garments have no stains.

When our comforter was not done the day after the promised date and time I was told it was because it was dirty....uhhh ya thats why I brought it in to get cleaned. Paid $30 to get a comforter cleaned and did not have it back in time for guests. Awful service.
