I have using this continental cleaners for 8+ years, they had been problems here and there usually they get resolved. Theres been a few incidents where it came out of my pocket, mostly just on dress shirts. The turn around time is usually pretty good, so Ive continued to use them especially knowing that no dry cleaners to liability for damaged garments. Today topped though and this is the second time they have destroyed something that cant be replaced so Im done. I dropped of an item that only need to be pressed it was already clean. When I picked it up it had what appears to be maybe mixture of dirt/ makeup/ burn marks, I cant really tell. But its all over it the front of my garment. I noticed it as I was hanging my items in my car. Ive learned to go over my stuff right in front of them employees when Im dropping it just to make sure and or not any stains so they can be treated. Yet again this item was clean just needed to be pressed. When I went back inside to address the issue the lady at counter told me that she doesnt know if the marks where on there when I dropped the my items off because she wasnt there. ( which she wasnt ) Follow by the she is sure they didnt do it, they had to be on there when I dropped it off, theres no way they did that, and they were definitely on the item when it was dropped off. But again she started with she doesnt know because she wasnt there. This particular item is a one of a kind and cannot be replaced. It wasnt super expensive but it was hand made. It was so irritated that I just left to prevent from using any vulgar language towards her or anyone else in the establishment. Needless to to say after over 8 years and thousands of dollars of business ( yes most times my tickets are over $100 ) I am done and wont be spending my money here any more. Customer care and service are very important and maybe its due to cheap prices and fast turn arounds that they are lacking this. What ever the case they wont be seeing my business anymore.

I have been using Continental Cleaners for about 5 years now and I have run into a few issues. They lost a shirt, broke buttons, over steamed clothing which caused them to fall apart at the seams and left iron marks on my collars. I have continued to use them because it’s a continent location. I know I should have cut them off a long time ago but I work a lot and my time, like every bodies, is very important to me. Well once again today they messed up. This time they ripped my suit coat, and again said it wasn’t them. At first they said maybe the suit it just getting old. It’s only a year old and had only been to the drycleaner 3 times. Then they said, “look, you can see a mark right here. The cleaning people must have noticed the rip and just didn’t clean around it.” Then the told me I should duct tape it for the night. I have a wedding to go to tonight and now need to find someone to fix their mistake because they don’t have a seamstress on staff and I have to do it on my dime. I won’t be going back and would suggest you stay away from them as well.

One of 4 items didnt even get cleaned! Several food stains, which were noted, NEVER TOUCHED; sleeves still stretched with elbow marks and it looked exactly the same as when taken in. Another item wasnt pressed well. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Not even worth the $1.50.

You really cant argue with this place. $1.65/garmet for good quality dry cleaning! Ive been going here for 3 years and never had a problem. Just make sure to bring cash or check.

Website advertises MC/VISA so I go there and of course they dont take credit/debit cards and want cash up front. Screw you guys and your false advertising.
