I typically dont write reviews unless a service or product is so great or it is sooo bad that I feel people need to know. Sadly, in the case of New Look Cleaners it is the later. We have been bringing our dry cleaning here for 10 years now...more out of convenience than anything else. Weve experienced bad cleaning with spots that arent removed, or even with new spots, flecks of dried starch is an ongoing issue, bad creases, broken or missing buttons, mens shirts ironed as a womens open collared shirts. When we bring this to the owners attention they take no responsibility, nor offer a solution or apology. What really rubs me wrong is that there is an overwhelming sense that they really dont care. When you come into the shop they sigh as they drag themselves away from their tablet playing solitaire and shuffle over to the counter. Its as if our business is a bother. They never offer to help as they wait for you to count out your laundry. Ive finally had it and Im going to take my business elsewhere. Just being honest about my own experience with this business.

If zero stars were an option theyd get that, 2 occasions I hv picked up my shirts, payd to take them home, open them to find they are not cleaned but retagged and pressed new 130.00 shirts french cuffs with dirt repressed into the fabric and when addressed with the owner she calls me a lyer. The "New look" a scam!!!
