Have you ever had something that you really love, but needed it cleaned by an expert who knew what they are doing? Well that was me with a leather Coach hand bag. It had accidentially got some butter on the exterior from a restaurant and it needed an expert leather cleaner to make it right. I took it to the branch - Dry Cleaning Station / University - in Highlands Ranch in July 2010 and was given 8/6/10 for collection. When I arrived to collect it, it wasnt back and was told to return the following week. Which I did and received the same info. Oh come on! Wheres my bag? I was told that it wouldnt be back until 8/20. Thats a whole month out. Anyway, I eventually get the bag and my beautiful leather purse is ruined. The stain which I wanted cleaned is still visible. But the soft supple leather is now hard. The smooth texture is now crumpled like a brown paper bag. The expensive look and feel, the uniform shape is destroyed and Im told that Im "over reacting" by the area manageress! She even checked the labelling to see if it was a knock off and claimed that the copies had these labels in too. What a xxxxxxxx liberty. Im told the crumpled look is caused by carrying too much in it - Ha! Sunglasses and a wallet? Give me a break. Would you be unhappy too? These companies that advertise their expert abilities, but cannot meet the standards. Taking it back and trying again is not going to fix the problem now. The damage has been done. The saying that you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear... they managed to do the opposite. Buyers beware and good luck to anyone else that has a complaint - you too may be accused of over reacting.

I would like to take a chance to apologize to (Brad the owner) and the staff at this location, I went for a zipper replacement and got the run around (So I thought) but later was explained to that they could not do the repairs there, then came back and wrote a bad review about the Dry Cleaning Station, out of pure ignorance, they do a good job down there and also did a good job the first time I had my coat (the same coat) cleaned, so please keep going there and please support local business, again Brad I apologize!

Great place and reasonable priced. Even sew on buttons when I lose them (I should start eating less it might help with the button loss). The delivery twice a week has been great. There has only been one instance in the couple years I have been using them that they did not pick up my clothes. I called them and they explained there was a new driver on my route and immediately picked up my clothes for me and had them ready the next day. I highly recommend them. They take the hassle our of dry cleaning.

It is great not having to watch over my husbands clothes. It is so much easier to have them come and pick stuff up. The driver is very nice and always takes care of us. I highly recommend them and have had great luck with them. They are reasonably priced and take the hassle out of the cleaners.
