BUYER BEWARE !!! I wish I could give it a negative review !!!!! If you like having your property damaged with very little to do about it then this place is for you !!!! Ok so I recently moved to the area and I used these guys twice. With that being said they have Managed to burn a new $60.00 shirt on the sleeve, When i asked if i could be credited or compensated in some way they said "They dont do that" and that she said that she wanted to Re-run it through the machine again, which I declined for obvious reasons. In addition I brought a coffee stain on a tie that I had ask if it was something they could fix, I let them and needless to say it looked Exactly as it did before! So then I asked if I could get a credit for being mis-lead and practically waiting my money and I was told No they will not do anything and when I asked for their manager she said she is one her name was CECELIA which was odd because she didnt really seem qualified enough to open the door then she gave me a GOOGLE VOICE number to the COMPLAINT department IF THATS NOT A RED FLAG I DO"T KNOW WHAT ELSE IS of course I left a message with little hope for a resolution. 7/21/15 In addition I go to put on a shirt today and it had a huge black mark on the white collar, I had to take another 10 minutes to scrub it with bleach while still on my neck to only get it 80% better to be able to go on my day. THERE ARE MANY OTHER DRY CLEANERS OUT THERE THAT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND DONT HIDE BEHIND A GOOGLE VOICE NUMBER AFTER THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHS AND THEN GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AND REFUSE TO WORK WITH YOU OTHER THAN "WE WILL RUN IT THROUGH AGAIN".Just look at all of the one stars and how defensive the "owners" comments are below.... do they sound apologetic do they sound sincere? Nope they sound defensive and arogant which basically proves my point in that is exactly what I have experienced and what you will experience if you trust these guys with yor nice cloths, You will hear some technical bs about the hemispheric pressure or what ever Blah, blah ...lol... Like I dont know when my property was damaged or when ive been mis-lead.... I have been dry cleaning my cloths for over 10 years and Ive never experienced something like this Thanks but no thanks

HORRIBLE PLACE, messed up all my nice dress shirts and I didnt complain once and finally had enugh when they messed up one of my expensive shirt that was only wore 1 time and tried to put the blame on me making it seem like Im trying to rob them! Ben the worker there is horrible, used to be friendly and moment I came back with the issue completely turned 180 degrees and started giving attitude and being very rude. Used to recommend friends but now telling everyone to stay away from this horrible place.

absolutely awful place. staffing is a joke. they said my garments would be ready the next day at for, the rude little girl at the counter asks me "how badly do you need these?" like it was my fault. NEVER going back there and highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible

Dont bother taking your nice jacket or coat to this cleaner, ruined my coat and told me that its not their fault. Was very disappointed with how they handle the situation. Will never go back again to any of their stores.

ruined the buttons on my shirts. not worth risking it when there are so many other cleaners around.
