Me and my fiancé have been a long time customer here ... when Michelle owned the placed but ever since she left I have had so many problems ... not once but more than 3 times have I dropped my clothes off and go to pick them up and they can never find them ... they always find them with somebody elses clothes luckily all 3 times I have returned before they picked their clothes up .... the owner have no sense of customer service the rudeness is bizarre ... they act like they do not like their job !!!!!! You come in and they greet you with "what do you need done" so I tried to give them a chance since they took over but nothing is changing ... oh did I mention after I argued down I only want my items pressed they ignored it and wash my clothes and completely destroyed them ... I have given up on them .. I dont mind paying extra to go somewhere where the customer is first and my clothes are nice !!!! Word of mouth is how your business get booming and let me tell you I have no good things to say about the new owner of this place and the service cause it absolutely SUCKS!!!

What a wonderful value $1.99 for any garment, thats awesome! And Eco friendly too which I love. The owners are super friendly and down to earth and I love the charity work they do to give back to the less fortunate. All the way around this is definitely my new dry cleaner choice here in Aurora. Been waiting for one to come to my area with this price point so I am loving Any Garment Cleaners and am recommending it to all my peeps!!!!

They did a terrible job on my dress shirts and managed to shrink 4 of them in the process. When I brought the shirts back and asked them how this happened, the reply was "its not our fault, we dont know". One of the workers pretty much implied that I was at fault and there is nothing they can do about it. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any assistance or refund. Stay as far away as possible.

The pressing was awful which is pretty much why anyone gets dry cleaning done. On 5 pairs of slacks not a single one returned had the front middle crease. One pair they literally only pressed the bottom half. Now I have to take them elsewhere to be done properly.
