For a while I was a loyal customer, mainly because they were close to where I resided. The lady at the counter could use a lesson in "101 customer service". On one occasion I noticed that a black plastic tag was ironed deep into my white dressed shirt. I pointed out that the tags meant that the shirt was brand new and that it was obvious that their cleaner removed the tag but not the plastic piece holding it together. I asked her what her policy was, and she immediately started blaming me for it. I told her lady Im not looking for a refund I just want you to remove the stain! She then told me that I would need to call back, but that their was nothing they would do. An apology and maybe a credit towards the cost to re-clean my shirt would have sufficed. There were other occurrences that were lackluster, but this is the final straw I would encourage anyone to stay away and take your money else where. They are rude and incompetent.

If I could give a lower rating I would, I brought 8 pcs to be dry cleaned for work and only got 7 back, the lady at the counter only counted the hangers in front of me and I was in a hurry since I was told they would be ready the next day and it took 3 extra days, I had to rush home drop the clothes of and rush to the airport. So I call about it and I get attitude she tells me she wont even look for it because its been too long since I picked everything up, but it wasnt until I got back in town today that I saw one of the hangers had a plastic bag on it but no pants on them, they gave me an empty hanger. Basically sold a pair of my pants

We have used them quite a few times since we moved into this area and our old place became too out of the way for us. I like them so much better. Great servive, always friendly, very reliable. Have never had a problem with them loosing anything so Im not sure about the prior post, but if it ever happens, Ill be sure to add a follow-up. I think their prices are fair (we paid more at the other place - so no complaints here). Im not sure if they are family owned but it certainly has that great customer service feel to it that you sometimes lose with chain places. We love them and would highly recommend.

Highly do not recommend! ... I had two wool coats I brought to this place for dry cleaning... They did worse cleaning job I ever experienced ... I told the India woman that was there working I was highly not satisfied and she said thats the way it goes and there nothing she can do about it... Not even a redo!!!.... I paid the thirty dollars like a fool and told her I was going to write a review on on this service I received ...
